Managing widget homepage
The Widget Homepages section of the "Admin" component enables admin users to:
Easy and quick to configure, widget homepages offer the possibility of build pixel-perfect, high-performing homepages that offer to end-users company-related content tailored to their profile within the application.

This is an attention message.
After a widget homepage has been created and properly configured, it needs to be assigned to a general homepage before being visible in the "Home" component of the application. For more information, refer to Managing homepages.
Viewing an existing widget homepage
To access an existing widget homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component of the Web App interface.
In the left-hand menu, click Widget Homepages. The list of currently existing widget homepages is displayed.
Locate, in the list, the widget homepage that you want to view (for more information about how to search for an existing widget homepage, see Searching for an Existing Widget homepage).
Click the corresponding box in the list. The widget homepage is opened in edit mode, as illustrated in the following figure:
Viewing a widget homepage
This is a tip message.
When you open an existing widget homepage, the homepage is opened in edit mode. This enables you to view the definition of the widget homepage, its header, its widgets and the configuration of the content of each widget.
Searching for an existing widget homepage
To search for an existing widget homepage, process as follows:
Open the "Admin" component of the Web App interface, and then navigate to the Widget Homepages page.
In the Filter field, type the name (or part of the name) of the dashboard you want to access. The list of available homepages is filtered on-the-fly according to your search.
Sorting the widget homepage list
The list of widget homepages currently available in the application by default displays items by creation date, the most recently created widget homepage being displayed at the top of the list. It can however be sorted in ascending or descending alphabetical order in order to help you locate your work items more easily.
To sort the widget homepage list, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component in the Web App interface, and then click the Widget Homepages section in the left-hand menu. The list of currently available widget homepages is displayed.

Click the sort icon located at the right of the Filter search bar to sort the list as follows:
Click one time to order the list in ascending alphabetical order (A to Z)
Click a second time to order the list in descending alphabetical (Z to A)
Click a third time to return to the default order
This is an note/information message.
If the list contains items whose name starts with a number or a special character, then the sort order is applied as follows: special character, numeric character, and then letter.
Viewing the properties of an existing widget homepage
In addition to viewing the definition of an existing widget homepage, you can also access the properties the homepage. To view the properties of an existing widget homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component of the Web App interface and then click Widget Homepages in the left-hand menu. The list of widget homepages currently available in the system is displayed.
Locate in the list the widget homepage whose properties you want to view. If required, you can search for the item using the Filter field (for more information, see Searching for an Existing Widget Homepage).
Hover your mouse cursor over the tile corresponding to the widget homepage, and then click the icon located in the far right of the tile. The Widget Homepage Properties panel is opened on the right of the screen, as illustrated in the following figure:

Publishing a widget homepage
Once a widget homepage is created, it must be published before being available for the relevant users in the "Home" component. The profile assignments and the publication of a widget homepage is done in the homepage properties panel.
To publish a widget homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component and click the Homepages section on the left menu.
In the list of available homepages, locate the widget homepage that you want to publish.
Hover your mouse cursor over the homepage tile and click the
icon on the right. The homepage properties panel is opened on the right of the screen.
Click the Profiles drop-down and select the profile(s) to which you want to assign the homepage, as illustrated in the figure below:

This is an attention message.
Only one homepage can be set per profile.
Click the Save button located at the bottom-right of the homepage properties panel. The homepage is automatically published and accessible in the "Home" component for all users sharing the selected profile(s).
Editing a widget homepage
You can at any time edit the content of a widget homepage by adding/removing widgets or changing the contents of the individual widgets.
To edit an existing widget homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component of the Web App interface, and then click Widget Homepages in the left-hand menu. The list of widget homepages currently available in the system is displayed.
Locate in the list the widget homepage that you want to edit (see Searching for an existing widget homepage).
Click the corresponding tile; the widget homepage is opened in edit mode.
Perform the changes of your choice:
You can change the appearance of the header (see Creating and previewing a widget homepage).
You can change the configuration of the widgets (see Managing widgets).
Preview your changes if required (see Previewing a widget homepage).
Click Save in the lower-right corner of the application window to save your changes to the widget homepage.

To edit the properties of a widget homepage, refer to Editing the Properties of an Existing Widget Homepage.
Editing the properties of an existing widget homepage
You can at any time edit the basic properties of a widget homepage, namely its name and its description.
To edit the properties of a widget homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component of the Web App interface, and then click Widget Homepages in the left-hand menu.
Locate in the list the homepage whose properties you want to edit. If required, you can search for the item using the Filter field (see Searching for an existing widget homepage).
Open the Widget Homepage Properties panel (see Viewing the properties of an existing widget homepage).
Perform the necessary changes in the property panel:
Name of the widget homepage (required)
Description of the widget homepage
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Cloning a widget homepage
You may want to clone an existing widget homepage, for instance to create homepage similar to an existing one, but targeted at a different profile.
To clone a widget homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component of the Web App interface, and then click Widget Homepages in the left-hand menu. The list of widget homepages currently available in the system is displayed.
Locate in the list the widget homepage that you want to clone (see Searching for an existing widget homepage).
Hover your mouse cursor over the tile corresponding to the widget homepage, and then click the
icon located in the far right of the tile. The Clone Widget Homepage contextual window is displayed, as illustrated in the figure below:

Enter a name for the copied widget homepage and click Save. The widget homepage with the same properties is created in the list.

Once you have cloned a widget homepage, follow the procedures described in Editing a widget homepage to adapt it to your needs.
Deleting a widget homepage
To delete an existing widget homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component of the Web App interface, and then click Widget Homepages in the left-hand menu. The list of widget homepages currently available in the system is displayed.
Locate in the list the widget homepage that you want to delete (see Searching for an existing widget homepage).
Hover your mouse cursor over the tile corresponding to the widget homepage, and then click the
icon located in the far right of the tile. A confirmation message is displayed.
Click the Delete button to confirm. The widget homepage is removed from the system.
This is an attention message.
Before deleting a widget homepage, make sure that is not used in a general homepage and assigned to a profile to avoid the users belonging to this profile seeing a blank screen upon logging into the application.
