Managing Homepages In v10, admin users can create homepages based on different types of reports. This section details the management of homepages in the application including
Homepage types
You can configure three homepage types in the v10 application, as detailed in the table below:

| Advanced Analytics | This homepage type is based on Advanced Analytics reports that have been created in the Web Application. |
| SSRS Report | This homepage type enables you to embed an SSRS report, in a similar fashion as in the "Analysis" component, or in the Home page of the Admin Portal application. |
| Legacy Analytics |
This option enables you to use the Advanced Analytics reports created in the Admin Portal as homepages. |
| Widget Homepages |
This option enables you to use a widget homepages as the homepage displayed in the "Home" component. |
Viewing an existing homepage
To access an existing homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component.
Click the Homepages section.
In the list of available homepages, click the homepage you want to access (see Searching for an existing homepage). The homepage is displayed on the screen.
Searching for an existing homepage
A search mechanism is available in order to easily find an existing homepage among the list of homepages.
To search for a specific homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component and click the Homepages section on the left menu.
In the Find Homepages search bar, type the name (or a part of the name) of the homepage you want to access. The list is filtered on-the-fly.
Sorting the homepage list
A sort functionality is available if you want to modify the homepages order in the list.
To sort the homepages list, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component.
Click the Homepages section on the left menu.

Click the sort icon located at the right of the Find Homepages search bar to sort the list as described below:
one time to order the list in A to Z order
a second time to order the list in Z to A order
a third time to go back to the default order (latest created homepage at the top)
Viewing the properties of an existing homepage
To access the properties of an existing homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component.
Click Homepages under the Components section located in the left menu. The list of available homepages is displayed.
In the list, locate the homepage to which you want to see the properties (see Searching for an Existing Homepage).
Hover your mouse cursor over the homepage tile and click the
icon on the right. The homepage properties panel opens on the right of the screen, as illustrated below:

Editing the properties of a homepage
As an admin user, you can at any time change the basic properties of a homepage such as its name and description and also modify the profile assignments.
To edit the properties of a homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component and click the Homepages section on the left menu.
Locate the homepage to which you want to edit the properties (see Searching for an existing homepage).
Open the homepage properties panel.
In the properties panel, edit the following parameters:

| Homepage name | Edit the current name of the homepage. |
| Homepage description | Edit or add a descriptive text for the homepage. |
| Profiles |
Click the Profiles drop-down to display the available profiles configured in the system. By selecting one or several profile(s) and after saving, you will automatically publish the homepage to all users sharing the profile(s). |
Click the Save button located at the bottom-right of the panel to confirm the modifications.
Creating a homepage
To create a homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component and click the Homepages section.
Click the New Homepage.

In the New Homepage contextual window, enter and select the following information:
Homepage name (required): enter a name for the homepage
Homepage description: add a descriptive text which will be visible in the homepage properties

Homepage type: SSRS Report, Legacy Report (already created reports in the beqom Admin Portal), Advanced Analytics or Widget Homepage
Reports/Widget homepages (only "Home" type reports are available): depending on the option selected in the Homepage type drop-down, select a report or a widget homepage among the list
Click Create Homepage. The new homepage is available in the list.
Publishing a SSRS/Advanced Analytics homepage
For homepages created based on SSRS or Advanced Analytics reports the application offers two publication options on profile level:
via the Publish button located at the bottom-right of the homepage page
via the Profiles drop-down in the homepage properties panel
Publishing via the "Publish" button
To publish a SSRS or an Advanced Analytics homepage using the Publish button, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component and click the Homepages section on the left menu.
Open the SSRS or Advanced Analytics homepage that you want to publish (see Searching for an existing homepage).
Click the Publish button at the bottom right of the screen. The publication contextual window is opened.
Click the Profiles drop-down and select the profile(s) for which you want to set the report or dashboard as homepage, as illustrated in the below figure:

Click Publish. The homepage is now available in the "Home" component for all users sharing the selected profile(s).
Publishing via the properties panel
To publish a SSRS or an Advanced Analytics homepage from the homepage properties panel, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component and click the Homepages section on the left menu.
Locate the SRRS or Advanced Analytics homepage that you want to publish in the list of available homepages.
Hover your mouse cursor over the homepage tile and click the
icon on the right. The homepage properties panel opens on the right of the screen.
Click the Profiles drop-down and select the profile(s) to which you want to assign the homepage, as illustrated in the figure below:\

Click the Save button located at the bottom-right of the homepage properties panel. The homepage is automatically published and accessible in the "Home" component for all users sharing the selected profile(s).
Cloning a homepage
To duplicate an existing homepage, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component and click the Homepages section on the left menu.
In the list of homepages, and locate the homepage you want to clone (see Searching for an existing homepage).
Hover your mouse cursor over the homepage tile and click the
icon on the right. The homepage is automatically copied and available at the top of the list with the "Draft" status.
Deleting a homepage
To delete an existing Homepage from the system, proceed as follows:
Open the "Admin" component and click the Homepages section on the left menu.
In the list, locate the homepage that you want to delete (see Searching for an existing homepage).
Hover your mouse cursor over the homepage tile and click the
icon on the right.
Click the Delete button to confirm. The homepage is now removed from the application.
