Administering letters and statements

This feature is managed by a Feature Flag
The feature described in this topic, as well as all related operations, is managed by a Feature Flag. If the Feature Flag is not activated in your system, you will not see this feature in your application.
The "Letters & Statements" section of the beqomv10 "Admin" component allows admin users to create and configure templates based on Microsoft Word files and data sources, and combine them with populations or individuals to generate personalized letters and statements for employees, via the two following sections:
Templates: use this page to create and configure document templates (see Managing templates)
Merges: use this page to create and run merges based on available templates (see Managing template merges)

Specific permissions are required to be able to manage templates and merges. For more information about the required permissions, refer to Defining profile access rights and Permissions of the Admin component (Web App) and the ADMIN component (Admin Portal).
