Searching and sorting lists in the application
The list of items available in several components of the application by default displays items by creation date, the most recently created item being displayed at the top of the list. It can however be sorted in ascending or descending alphabetical order in order to help you locate your work items more easily.
About list search and sort persistency
List search and sort have been made persistent in several areas of the v10 application after navigating to other places in the application. When you search for a specific object or if you apply a sort order to one of the lists below, the action is saved which prevent you to reiterate the process if you switch page or close the application.

Sorting a list
To sort a list, proceed as follows:
Open the list of items that you want to sort.
Click the sort icon located at the right of the Filter search bar to sort the list as follows:
one time to order the list in ascending alphabetical order (A to Z)
a second time to order the list in descending alphabetical (Z to A)
a third time to return to the default order
Searching for an item in a list
A search mechanism is available in several places of the application in order to easily find an existing item among the list of available items.
To search for an existing item in a list, proceed as follows:
Open the application component in which you want to work.
In the search field, type a string of characters contained in the name of the item. The search is performed on-the-fly and the list is filtered according to the entered characters, as illustrated in the following figure:
