Searching for an existing Advanced Analytics report

The feature described in this topic, as well as all related operations, is managed by a Feature Flag. If the Feature Flag is not activated in your system, you will not see this feature in your application.
To find a specific Advanced Analytics report in the list of available reports, proceed as follows:
Open the "Analysis" component.
Click the "Advanced Analytics" folder in the left menu. The list of Advanced Analytics reports currently available to you is displayed.
In the Filter field, type the name (or part of the name) of the report you want to access. The list is filtered on-the-fly, and the reports corresponding to your search are displayed.
Sorting the Advanced Analytics report list

The feature described in this topic, as well as all related operations, is managed by a Feature Flag. If the Feature Flag is not activated in your system, you will not see this feature in your application.
A sort functionality is available if you want to modify the Advanced Analytics reports order in the list.
To sort the report list, proceed as follows:
Open the "Analysis" component.
Click the "Advanced Analytics" folder. The list of Advanced Analytics reports currently available to you is displayed.

Click the
icon, located at the right of the Filter search field, to sort the list as described below:
Click once to sort the list in alphabetical order; the icon is then displayed in blue with a down arrow and the text AZ
Click second time to sort the list in reverse alphabetical order; the icon is then displayed in blue with an up arrow and the text ZA
Click a third time to go back to the default order (latest created report at the top)

The sort order for reports starting with a numeric or special character is the following: special character, numeric character, and then letter.
Navigating between the rages of the Advanced Analytics report list

The feature described in this topic, as well as all related operations, is managed by a Feature Flag. If the Feature Flag is not activated in your system, you will not see this feature in your application.
You have the possibility to navigate between the pages of the Advanced Analytics report list using two methods:
Use the chevrons,
and
, to navigate to the previous page or the next page, respectively
Jump directly to the page of your choice, as described below
To jump directly to a given page of the list, proceed as follows:
Open the "Analysis" component and click the "Advanced Analytics" folder.
Open the pagination tool (see Defining the number of elements per page in the Advanced Analytics report list).
In the Go to page field, enter the number of the page to which you want to navigate.
Click Save in the lower-right corner of the pagination tool. The tool is closed and you are directed to the corresponding page.

The number of available pages depends on the number of reports in the list.
Defining the number of elements per page in the Advanced Analytics report list

To customize the number of elements displayed per page in the list of Advanced Analytics reports, proceed as follows:
Open the "Analysis" component and click the Advanced Analytics folder.
Click the pagination tool, located at the top right of the report list, as illustrated in the following figure:
In the Elements per Page field, enter the number of rows you want to display per report page.
Click Save. The setting is applied and the number of pages in the list is immediately adjusted.
