Row density & page navigation
The v10 application allows you to customize the Process grid in various ways.
Defining the density of the rows in a process grid
You can define, at any time during your use of the application, the density of the rows in the process grid in order to adapt the grid to your reading preferences. To do so, proceed as follows:
Open the process with which you want to work.
Click
in the process grid toolbar, located above the grid. A contextual menu is displayed.

Select the setting of your choice by clicking the corresponding button in the box:
: low row density. The rows in the process grid will be wide and the text will be large.
: medium row density. The rows in the process grid will be closer together and the text will be of the standard size that is used across the application.
: high row density. The rows in the process grid will be tightly grouped and a smaller text size will be used.
Defining the number of rows displayed per process grid page
You can customize the number of rows that you want to display per process grid page according to your own preferences. The default number of rows per grid page depends on the configuration of the grid.
To configure the number of rows per page, proceed as follows:
Open the process grid in which you want to work (see Viewing a Process in Managing the basic view feature).
Click the pagination tool in the toolbar located above the grid, as illustrated in the following figure:

In the Elements per Page field, enter the number of rows you want to display per page.
Click Save. The setting is applied and the number of pages in the grid is immediately adjusted.
Navigating between the pages of a process grid
If the process grid you in which you are currently working contains several pages, you can easily navigate between the pages using one of two methods:
Use the chevrons,
and
, to navigate to the previous page or the next page, respectively
Jump directly to the page of your choice, as described below
To jump directly to a given page in a grid, proceed as follows:
Open the environment manager package in which you want to work (see Viewing a Process in Managing the basic view feature).
Open the pagination tool in the grid toolbar (see Defining the Number of Rows Displayed per Process Grid Page).
In the Go to page field, enter the number of the page to which you want to navigate.
Click Save in the lower-right corner of the pagination tool. The tool is closed and you are directed to the corresponding page.
Applying a color to indicators in a process grid
The v10 Web Application enables you to apply a color to individual indicators in the process grid header. This enables users to quickly identify indicators in the grid. This feature is available only to administrators, the person who created the process grid (owner) and to users who have been granted editing rights on the process grid.
To apply a color to an indicator in a process grid header, proceed as follows:
Open the process grid in which you want to work (see Viewing a Process in Managing the basic view feature).
In the grid heading, locate the indicator to which you want to apply a color.
Click the
icon located in the far right of the header cell. The color selection tool is opened, as illustrated in the following figure:

Select the color that you want to use in the list or enter a hexadecimal value. You can also click the square corresponding to the color in the Custom Hex field to open the color picker, as illustrated in the following figure:

The color is applied on-the-fly to the header.
To remove the color from a header, simply select the white option.
