| 46861 | : Loading Issue in Process Grids with Numerous Hierarchies Loading issues were reported when working with process grids configured with a very large number of hierarchies. Indeed, the loading of all the hierarchies took more than a minute and sometimes the Web browser eventually crashed. To correct this performance issue, the following fix has been applied: the loading of large number of hierarchies has been split by adding a Load More button (enabled in the Admin Portal via ADMIN > Technical Admin > Settings Management > Global) at the bottom of the hierarchy panel. Each click on the Load More button will load a total of 100 hierarchies, thus reducing the number of hierarchies loaded at the same time. | 48046 | : Missing Time and Date Stamps in Attached Forms after Submission The following issue was noticed in the beqom : after users with the correct permissions granted to their profile submitted a form attached to a process grid, the time and date stamps were not displayed at the bottom of the form as expected. | 48674 | Tenant Database Updates Issue for Premium Languages It was noticed in the PMC platform that some tenant databases were not correctly updated when the premium languages scripts were executed. Investigations revealed that this update issue only happened when the latest Sphere update contained the premium language scripts. The issue has been corrected; now tenant databases are correctly updated when the execution contains the premium language scripts. Impact area: None | ||
| 48797 | Admin Portal: Session Timeout Inoperative The following issues were reported in the beqom Admin Portal: when a session timeout was configured and if users stayed inactive until the duration of the timeout, they were not automatically disconnected from the application as expected. The issue has been corrected; now the session timeout feature is working as expected in the beqom Admin Portal. Impact area: Application automatic disconnection | ||
| 49386 | Application Audit: Cannot Audit Profiles and Populations It was reported that the audit mechanism of the application did not work as expected for profiles and populations, even when the table to be audited was properly added to rps_audit and the log detail was configured as "Log Detail". Specifically, "delete" events were not audited for the k_profile_module_right table. In addition, investigation revealed that it was possible to set several times the same value in the in the id_table column of the rps_audit table, which prevented the system. Both issues have been corrected: the k_profile_module_right table is now fully audited and a unique constraint has been added to the id_table column of the rps_audit table. This is a warning message. | 49566 | Web Application: Remove Comp Round Total Calculation Method As of this hotfix package, the SUM drop-down in individual planner has been removed from the beqom . This functionality enabled users to change the way the comp round total value was displayed in the compensation grid header by selecting Allocate , Sum , Allocated Amount and Remaining . This is a warning message. The removal of this feature will cause the loss of all total allocated values for all payees and rounds in the individual planner interface. | 49575 | Web Application: Situation Management Tool Display Issue in Process Grids The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Web Application: when the situation management tool and at least one attached object were configured in a process grid, if users opened the attached object and closed it while the situation tab was open, the content of the situation management tool was not displayed.
