| 54187 | Admin Portal: Data Grids Update Issue after Importing Excel File The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Admin Portal: when users exported a data grid to Excel (all columns must be exported), modified some values in any columns, and then imported the grid back into the application, the grid was not updated as expected. The issue occurred when using the Import/Export feature in "DATA" > Administration > Import Export . The issue has been corrected; now data grids are correctly updated in the beqom Admin Portal after importing an Excel file with modifications. | 55565 | Web App: List of Filters Truncated in SSRS Reports When working in a standard report configured with a large amount of filters (more than 16), the size of the report screen was not adjusted accordingly because the last filters fields were truncated. The issue has been corrected; the size of SSRS reports screen is now automatically adjusted according to the number of configured filters. | 57832 | Web App: Process Grids with Drop-Down Lists Import Issue The following issue was observed in the beqom Web App: when users exported a grid configured a drop-down column associated to a datasource with data security settings, if they added a new row in the Excel file, and then attempted to import the grid back into the application, the new row was not inserted as expected and an error was returned. The issue has been corrected; now Excel files with modifications on drop-down lists column can be normally imported back into the application. Impact area: Process > Excel import | ||

| 58471 | Admin Portal: Filter Default Values in Standard Reports Display Issue The following issue was noticed in the beqom Admin Portal: if a standard report filter default value was configured for a given drop-down list, the value was never selected as default if the number of filter values exceed two pages and the selected default value was located on the second page. The issue has been corrected; filter default values are now always correctly selected regardless of the number of values. Impact area: Analysis > Default filter value for standard reports | ||
| 59672 | Web App: Row Edition Issue After Changing Column Name in Data Grids The following issue was reported in the Web App: when working in a data grid configured with a column with the "Enable Row Validation" parameter enabled, if users validated one of the row and if the name of the column was modified afterwards, the row became unexpectedly editable again which was not correct. The issue has been fixed; the editability of validated rows is no longer impacted by column name modification. Impact area: Data > Validated row editability after column name modification | ||
| 59755 | Web App: Incorrect Filtering Logic for Validation Columns The following incorrect logic was reported in the beqom Web App when applying filters on check box columns in data grids or ad hoc reports: users were able to apply two filters on the same column to return checked and unchecked results. The issue has been corrected; users are no longer able to filter a check box column with the checked and unchecked operators at the same time. | 60478 | Web App: Incorrect Popup Display when Exporting Attached Report with Passport Protection In the beqom Web App, if users attempted to export an attached report configured with a password protection, it was noticed that half of the popup window displayed upon clicking the Export button was hidden behind the grid. The issue has been corrected; the password protection window is now correctly displayed when exporting a protected attached report in process grids. | 60886 | Admin Portal/Web App: Allow Custom Names for Generated Documents In the previous versions of the beqom Admin Portal and Web App, the possibility to modify the document's names was limited. As of this Hotfix package, it is now possible to customize (from the database) the names of generated files and documents with a 50 characters limit. DB: new Kernel_Type_RpsFileCustomNameUpdateParam table and new custom_document_name and custom_file_name columns in rps_file table; API: new gateway/api/Notification/GetCurrentUserDocuments, gateway/api/Notification/GetTeamDocuments methods to Gateway API and new GetCommPortalItemDetailWithPaging , GetAllNotificationQueueItems , GetDocumentFile and AddReportLinkReportWatcher methods to RN-Service API Impact area: InfoHub and Inbox > Documents and files name customization | ||
