| 42460 | : Real-Time Calculation Saving Issue in Process Grids The following issue was reported in the beqom : when working in a process grid containing fields configured with the real-time calculation feature, if the user modified the value in one of the field, and then saved the modification before the calculation process was over (without clicking out the current field), the modification was lost. The issue happened if the calculation process took more than three seconds. The issue has been corrected; now when users click Save after modifying a value in a field configured with the real-time calculation feature, a new contextual window is displayed with custom messages according to the calculation status. | 44508 | Back-End: Misleading Error Message when Calling a beqom API with Missing Profile Assignment It was reported that a generic error message was returned by the Gateway API (data integration APIs, user profile management APIs, etc.) when user did not have any profile assigned. Indeed, that error message was not precise enough. The error message displayed in that case has been modified; now detailed error messages are returned by the application when no profile is assigned to a user and also when no default profile is assigned to the user. | 44510 | Back-End: Error when Inserting Data in a Table with "Unique" Constraint Column Using Data Integration APIs The following error was reported on the back-end side of the application: when using the beqom data integration APIs, if a table contained a unique constraint, the application was not processing the request. | 45019 | Web Application: Real-Time Calculation Issue in Drop-Down Fields In process grids containing drop-down fields configured as triggers for the real-time calculation feature, if a user attempted to update a value in one of the drop-down, the calculation was not executed as expected. Investigations of the issue revealed that the real-time calculation feature was not supported in string data-type fields. The issue has been corrected; now the real-time calculation is correctly triggered when configured on drop-down fields. Impact area: Process > Real-time calculation on drop-down fields | ||
| 45473 | Performance Issue when Opening the Application Some users experienced unexpected performance issues when opening the beqom application. Indeed, when they opened their beqom tenant via the Passport platform, the application took up to several minutes to load the landing page. | 45478 | Blank Screen when Opening the Application It was reported that for some users of the beqom application, when they attempted to open their beqom tenant from the Passport platform, the application did not launch and a blank screen was displayed instead of the landing page. | 45650 | Admin Portal/Back-End: Missing Parameter when Copying Indicators The following issue was reported in the beqom Admin Portal: when users made a copy of an existing indicator via DESIGN > Administration > Indicators , all the indicator parameters were correctly copied except the value from the id_perspective column of the k_m_indicators table which was left NULL. Investigations revealed that the issue occurred because the id_perspective column was missing on the back-end side of the application when performing the copy process. The issue has been corrected; now the value form the id_perspective column is correctly copied when cloning an indicator in the beqom Admin Portal. Impact area: Design > Indicator field copy | ||
| 45845 | Advanced Analytics Services Not Working It was reported that for some beqom tenants, the Advanced Analytics services were disabled after the last PMC update. The issue has been corrected by adjusting the Advanced Analytics APIs to the new PMC configuration and now the services are working as expected. Impact area: None | ||
| 45984 | Web Application: Unexpected Errors when Navigating in the Process Component The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Web Application: when users were navigating in the , sometimes and randomly, the application returned an error screen. Investigation of the issue uncovered that the random errors were caused by an issue with the catalog database. The issue has been corrected; now users no longer experience this type of error when using the in the beqom Web Application. Impact area: Process > Component navigation | ||

| 46378 | Web Application: Missing Columns in Exported Process Grids to Excel If a user removed some columns in a process grid, and then exported the process grid to Excel, it was reported that some columns, other than the ones previously removed, were missing in the Excel file. The issue has been corrected; now process grids are correctly exported to Excel without any missing columns. Impact area: Process > Process grid export | ||
| #44496/#45029 Web Application: Cannot Resize the Team Documents Hierarchy Panel in the Inbox Component The following issue was reported in the beqom Web Application: when working in the Team Documents view of the , users were not able to resize the hierarchy panel which led to visibility issues. The issue has been corrected by adding a resize functionality to the hierarchy panel and now users can adjust the size of the panel according to their needs.
