| Type | Issue key | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | ||
| 29609 | Web App: Enable Search by Job Title In the previous versions of the application it was not possible to search for payees by job titles in List view in the in the Web app or in the "People" component in the Mobile app. As of this hotfix package, this functionality has been enabled; users can now find a specific payee by typing his job title in the search bars in the mentioned components. Impact area: Organization , "People" component > Search process | ||
| 29768 | Process Grid Parameters Security Update In order to prevent unauthorized users from accessing employee information in process grid in the beqom application, the security of the idStep and idManager parameters has been enhanced. Impact area: Application security | ||
| 29775 | Web App: Attached Document Name Incorrectly Displayed In process grid, when users attached a document to a payee, if the document name was very long, display issues were noticed depending on the Web browser. On Google Chrome, the name of the document was truncated at the beginning and on Internet Explorer, the name overflowed the field at the end. The issue has been corrected and now attached documents with long names are correctly displayed when using Google Chrome and Internet Explorer Web browsers. Impact area: Process > Attached document with long name display | ||
| 29813 | Web App: Performance Issue in Process Grids In process grid when users attempted to access an employee node, the grid took an unexpected amount of time to load. The performance has been improved and the loading time in process grid is now significantly lower. Impact area: Process > Grid loading | ||
| 29864 | Admin Portal/Web App: Kernel Grids Accessible Even with Protected Access The following issue was reported in the beqom application: some Kernel Grids were accessible by Managers although their accesses were protected by a security parameter. This issue occurred because the grid accesses could be allowed with component permissions. The issue has been corrected by removing the possibility to grant the access to these grids in the Profile rights section of the Admin Portal interface. Impact area: Process & Data > Access to Kernel Grids | ||
| 29918 | Web App: Large process grids Performance Issue Process loading performance issues were noticed when opening a process containing large amount of list fields. Analysis of the issue revealed that the problem was due to the execution of a query in the k_m_fields_values table which was systematically analyzing all the data and as a result, consuming large quantity of memory. The issue has been corrected; now the application is not fetching the k_m_fields_value table anymore but uses the k_m_fields filters table instead. Impact area: Application back-end > Process loading | ||
| 29935 | Admin Portal: Cannot Split a Situation The following issue was noticed in the beqom Admin Portal: when working in a process grid to which a hierarchy security was applied, if a user with a delegation in the security definition and with the "Situation" permission allowed attempted to split the situation, the error "User Not Authorized" was returned by the application. The issue has been corrected; users are now able to split situations as expected when the correct permissions are granted to their profile. Impact area: Process > Split a situation | ||
| 29975 | Advanced Analytics/Web App: Cannot Open The following issue was noticed in the beqom application: when users attempted to access the in an environment without an Advanced Analytics integration, the error message "An error occurred. Please contact the administrator." was displayed. After analysis of the issue, it was determined that the replacement of RestSharp with HttpClient was causing a checkpoint issue. The issue has been corrected; now users can correctly access the when no Advanced Analytics integration is configured to their environment. Impact area: Analysis > Component access | ||
| 30094 | Web App: Data Services Performance Issues When working with the beqom application, it was noticed a correlation between low data services performance and users working with environments in which the real time calculation feature was not configured. After investigation, it was determined that the absence of RabbitMQ configuration on the tenant was causing the issue. The issue has been corrected; now when users are not using the RTC feature and hence when the RabbitMQ configuration is not set up in their tenants, low data services performance are no longer experienced. Impact area: Components in which data services are operated | ||
