| 60867 | Admin Portal: Bulk Apply Incorrect Behavior in Data Grids The following issue was noticed in the beqom Admin Portal: when working in a data grid (containing at least two pages) in which a column was filtered by the "is empty" or "is not empty" operator, if a bulk operation was applied to that column, the entered value was applied to all the grid columns instead of only the columns previously filtered. The issue has been corrected; the bulk apply feature is now working as expected on filtered columns in data grids. Impact area: Data > Bulk apply | ||

| 62823 | Admin Portal: Cannot Create Report Subscriptions with ZIP Option The following issue was reported in the beqom Admin Portal: when working in the "Communication Workbench" section of the , if admin users attempted to create a report subscription with all the required parameters and the complete ZIP option configured, the application returned two errors after users clicked the Add button. The issue has been corrected; users can now correctly create report subscriptions with the ZIP options configured in the "Communication Workbench" section. | 63054 | Admin Portal: Report Subscriptions Generation Issue The following issue was reported in the beqom Admin Portal: when admin users created a report subscription with a scheduled date via the "Communication Workbench" section of the , if in the meantime the related entry was removed from the specific database table, the report was not generated on the due time as expected. The issue has been corrected by adding the correct mapping to the table in the database; now the application no longer returns exception in that particular case and reports subscription are correctly generated. | 63185 | Web App: Remove Unnecessary Label for Document Without Status In the previous version of the beqom Web Application, when working in the , if a document was displayed in the list of documents without any specific status, the label "No Status" was displayed. | 63264 | Admin Portal: Cannot Create Documents Subscriptions with DocuSign Template In the beqom Admin Portal it was reported that the management of documents created with a DocuSign template was inoperative. Indeed, the application returned the errors "Filter can't be found" and "Communication entry not created" after users attempted to create a new document subscription with a DocuSign template. The issue has been corrected and now the DocuSign third-party application can be correctly used in beqom. | 63663 | Admin Portal/Web App: Unexpected Error when Opening Populations and Missing Conditions in Criteria Tab The following issues were reported in the beqom Admin Portal and in the : in the Admin Portal when users opened any of the population in the , the application returned an error. In the , if users accessed the criteria tab of any population, the configured conditions were not displayed. It was revealed that the problem was caused by a missing schema in the Sphere script. The issues have been corrected; now users can access any population in the Admin Portal without errors and the conditions for each population in the Web App are correctly displayed. | 63668 | Web App: Cannot Assign Populations to Team In the beqom Web App, when the Feature Flags "Teams" and "Team Share for Populations" were activated, if users with the correct permissions granted to their profile attempted to assign populations to a team via the Team Builder tool, the assignment was not affected as expected. It was revealed that the problem was caused by a missing schema in the Sphere script. The issue has been corrected and now the population assignment to team feature is working correctly. | #60415/#60425 Back-End: Duplicated Variable Assignment in Stored Procedure On the back-end side of the beqom applications, a duplicated variable assignment was reported when one of the stored procedure was executed which led to performance issues while fetching large grids data. The issue has been corrected; the duplicated variable no longer appears on the back-end side of the applications when the stored procedure used to fetch grid data is executed. | #60937/#62514 Web App: Budget Widget Refresh Issue in Process Grids When working in a process grid configured with the budget widget, if users added values in some fields triggering the calculation of the budget widget, and then clicked the Refresh button in the grid toolbar, the entered values were correctly removed but the budget widget was not updated as expected. The issue has been corrected; now the budget widget is correctly updated if users perform modifications in the grid and use the Refresh button.
