| Type | Issue key | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | ||
| 55426 | Admin Portal: Unexpected Mandatory Field in Settings Management and Missing Localization The following incorrect behavior was observed in the beqom Admin Portal: if admin users modified a setting parameter in > Technical Admin > Setting Management, the application returned an error when they attempted to save the modification because the field PRM_MobileProfilePayeeForm was unexpectedly configured as mandatory. Moreover, the localization key for this parameter was visible instead of the correct label. The issue has been corrected by removing the mandatory state for this parameter and a correct translation (Mobile Payee Form ID) has been provided. Impact area: Admin > Settings modification saving and localization | ||
| 55544 | Web App/Admin Portal: Standard Reports Filter Panel Display Issue In the beqom Admin Portal and in the Web App, when working in standard reports, unexpected horizontal and vertical scroll bars were displayed in the filter panel if the panel contained a large amount of filters. The issue has been corrected and now the filter panel is displayed correctly in standard reports with scroll bars only if the filters and description fields size exceed 350 pixels. Impact area: Analysis and Analysis > Filter panel display in standard reports | ||
| 56302 | Mobile App/Back-End: Improve Form Datasource Synchronization Method As of this hotfix package, a new method has been implemented in order to significantly improve the form datasources synchronization from the Web Application to the Mobile App. Impact area: Application back-end | ||
| 56316 | Admin Portal/Back-End: Filter Queries Removal Issue The following issue was noticed in the beqom Admin Portal: when the Feature Flag "Multiple Criteria Filtering" was enabled in the Web App, if users switched to the Admin Portal, applied a filter on kernel grids, and then removed it, the filter query was not removed from the relevant table in the database. The issue has been corrected; now when filters are removed in kernel grids in the application, the filter queries are correctly removed on the database side ( k_user_grid table). Impact area: Application back-end | ||
| 56319 | Web App: Missing Warning Message when Unsaved Content in Attached Forms When working in a form attached to a process grid, if a user performed some modifications in the form without saving but clicked the grid Save button, no warning message was returned to inform that the action will discard any unsaved changes. The issue has been corrected; now a warning message is displayed if there are unsaved changes in the attached form when users save the grid. Impact area: Process > Unsaved changes in attached forms | ||
| 56370 | Web App: Apostrophe Character Issue in Process Grid Fields with Conditional Validation The following issue was reported in the beqom Web App: when working with process grids in which conditional validation was configured on free input fields, if users entered the apostrophe character in one of the fields, the application returned an error. The issue has been corrected; the application no longer returns an error when users enter an apostrophe character in fields configured with conditional validation. Impact area: Process > Fields with conditional validation | ||
| 56452 | Admin Portal: Attached Report Display Issue after Changing Column Order in Process Grids When working in a process grid in which a manager report was configured with the open by default setting for all the payees, if users changed the order of the columns in the grid, and then clicked any payee in the hierarchy tree, the report was not displayed as expected. The issue has been corrected; attached reports correctly open after users modify the columns order in a process grid. Impact area: Process > Attached reports display | ||
| 56812 | Back-End: Multiple Queries Execution During Data Grids Loading On the back-end side of the application, it was reported that during the loading of data grids, some SQL queries used to fetch the data were executed multiple times which led to performance issues. The performance issues have been corrected by removing the unnecessary queries and now the loading performance when opening data grids is back to normal. Impact area: Application back-end | ||
| 57165 | Web App: Display Warning for Advanced Analytics Data Models Creation Limit on Tenant Level In order to prevent any potential performance risks, the Advanced Analytics data model creation limit is no longer based only on user level but also on tenant level. If more than five ElastiCube and/or Live models are created on tenant level, the "info" indicator will be displayed at the right of the New Data Model button with the following warning message on hover: "The large number of running data models can have an impact on the performance.". Impact area: Admin > Warning for Advanced Analytics data models creation limit | ||
