Web App: Horizontal Scroll Bar Issue in Large Process Grids The following incorrect behavior was noticed in the beqom : if users attempted to scroll to the end of a large process grid using the horizontal scroll bar, the scroll button unexpectedly jumped to the middle of the grid and prevented users to access hidden columns data. The issue has been corrected; now the horizontal scroll bar is working as expected in large process grids. Impact area: Process > Horizontal scroll bar | |
Admin Portal: Date Format Inconsistency in Exported Process Grids to Excel The following issue was reported in the beqom Admin Portal: if the "Use culture specific settings" parameter was disabled and the data format was set to "dd-mm-yy" ( User Settings > My Account > Culture ), when users exported a process grid to Excel containing date columns, the date format was incorrect and was displayed as "ddmmyy" (the dashes were missing). The issue has been corrected; now if the date format is configured with separation dashes in the Admin Portal, the correct format is applied in exported grids to Excel. Impact area: Process > Date format in exported grids to Excel | |
Web App/Admin Portal: Incorrect Saving Behavior After Advanced Analytics Reports Script Edition In both the beqom Admin Portal and the Web App, when users with the correct rights granted to their profile modified an Advanced Analytics report script (via the Edit Script button), instead of receiving a confirmation message after saving the modification, a blank box was displayed at the bottom of the screen without any information. This problem has been fixed and now a confirmation message is returned by the application after editing an Advanced Analytics report script. Analytics API Impact area: Analysis (Admin Portal) and Analysis (Web App) > Advanced Analytics report script edition | |
Web App: Process Indicators Custom Color Definition Improvement In order to improve the custom color definition for process indicators in process grids, a color palette has been introduced. Users of the beqom can access the new color palette by clicking the colored box in the "Custom Hex" section and directly pick a color, as illustrated below: None Impact area: Process > Process indicator color palette | |
Web App: Advanced Analytics Report Properties Panel Incorrect Display When working with Advanced Analytics reports, it was reported that when users clicked the Edit button and opened the report properties panel, the panel was displayed on the left of the screen instead of the right. The issue has been corrected; now the Advanced Analytics reports properties panel opens is displayed on the right of the screen as expected. Impact area: Analysis > Advanced Anayltics report properties panel display | |
Web App: Cannot Edit Exported Process Grids with a Workflow as Non-Admin User It was reported that if non-admin users exported a process grid configured with a workflow to Excel, they were not able to edit the fields configured with the data operation because Excel returned an access error. The issue has been corrected; non-admin users can now correctly edit exported process grids with data operations in Excel. Impact area: Process > Process grid edition in Excel | |
Web App: Process Grid Crash Because of Large Number Format The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Web App: in process grids if user entered a large number (more than eight digits) in a numeric field, after saving the modification, the application thrown an error each time the user attempted to navigate within the grid. The issue has been corrected; users can now enter and save large numbers in process grid fields as normal. Impact area: Process > Large number in numeric fields | |
Web App: Merge Feature Flags Activation Script As of this Hotfix package, enhancements have been performed to the beqom in order to automatically handle feature flags activation. | 53389 | Web App: "Ascending" and "Descending" Labels Inversion in Data Grids in German The following issue was reported in the beqom Web App configured in German: if users sorted a data grid by a numeric column and chose the ascending order ("aufsteigend" in German), the sort order was descending, and vice versa with the descending order ("absteigend" in German). Investigations revealed that the two labels were inverted in the application. The issue has been corrected by adjusting the translations and now the correct label is associated with the correct sort order. Impact area: Data > Ascending and descending labels in sort panel | |
Web App: Missing "IN" and "NOT "IN Filter Operators for Ad Hoc Reports When working with ad hoc reports in the beqom , it was noticed that the "in" and "not in" filter operators were missing from the Filter list. The missing operators have been added and users can now use the "in" and "not in" operators when filtering string columns. Impact area: Analysis > Ad hoc report filter operators | |
Web App: Forms Without Assignment Publication Issue The following problem was observed in the beqom Web App: when working in a form which was not assigned to any process grids or to Mobile, users could still publish the form because the Publish button was enabled. The issue has been corrected by disabling the Publish button for forms without assignment. Impact area: Forms > Publish button state | |
| 53631 | Web App: Incorrect Advanced Analytics Data Model Deletion Warning Message When working in the correct environment, if users attempted to delete an Advanced Analytics data model which was used in a report, the warning message informing that its deletion was impossible was incoherent. The warning message has been adjusted; now if a user attempt to delete an Advanced Analytics data model with the "In Use" status, the application returned the message: "The model cannot be deleted; it is used in a report".
