| 30489 | Web App: Ad Hoc Report Filter Defect The following issue was reported in the beqom : when working with ad hoc reports, if users applied a filter but the action was supposed to display no results, the grid was still displayed and not the message "No Payees to Display" as expected. The issue has been corrected; now the message "No Payees to Display" is displayed if the filtering process leads to no result. Impact area: Analysis > Ad hoc Report filtering process | ||
| 31825 | Admin Portal: Empty Drop-Down Lists in Data Security Settings When admin users configured a security view on a table for a given profile via Data Security Settings , if they saved and opened the page again, the values in the Object Security and the mapping drop-down lists were not displayed. The issue occurred because the limit of security view definitions was set to 10 and as a result the application was not able to fetch the entire list. The issue has been corrected by adjusting the limit of security views available in the drop-down from 10 items to 1000, and now the drop-down lists no longer appear empty. | 31830 | Admin Portal: Incorrect Application Labels in After modifying the beqom platforms naming convention, it was noticed in the Admin Portal that two labels were incorrect which led to a terminology inconsistency in the application. Investigation revealed that the labels "Classic UI" and "Web App" located in the were hard coded and thus were not displayed correctly after the last localization update. The issue has been corrected by introducing new localization keys for these two labels and now the application names in the UI selection drop-down are up-to-date. | 31960 | Admin Portal/Web App: Data Discrepancy after Data Grid Export The following issue was reported in the beqom Admin Portal: when users exported a data grid containing values with leading 0 (for instance 002 or 04) to Excel, the leading 0 were missing in the Excel file. The issue has been corrected; values with leading 0 are now correctly exported to Excel. Impact area: Data > Excel export | ||
| 32337 | Web App: Option Display Issue in Drop-Down Selection Block in Forms The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom : when working with forms, when users added a drop-down selection block and entered more than five options, if a new block was added, the content of the fifth option was not displayed. However, after users clicked the View More button, the content appeared correctly. The issue has been corrected; now the content of the fifth option is always correctly displayed in drop-down selection block in forms. Impact area: Forms > Drop-down selection block | ||

| 33206 | Mobile: XSS Protection Security Enhancement In order to reduce the risks of potential Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks against the beqom Mobile Application, new rules regarding unknown or restricted content used in the application have been introduced. This is an note/information message. For more information about the new XSS Protection Policy in beqom, refer to White Paper WP1 - [[[Undefined variable WP_Titles.WP1]]] . | 33208 | Content Security Policy Headers Extension In order to improve the overall security of the beqom and more precisely to prevent malicious code injection through some of the endpoints communicating with the application, new Content Security Policy headers have been added to the server responses. To comply with this new security policy, the localization update process in the beqom application has been modified. As of this Hotfix package, the script generation button has been removed from the beqom Admin Portal and now the translations are automatically updated once the page is refreshed. | 33444 | Web App: Average Calculation Implementation in Budget Widget As of this Hotfix package, the possibility to configure Average Calculation in the Budget Widget tool has been introduced. When configured, a new tab will be available in the Budget Widget in order to display the average amount spent across the total budget. This is an note/information message. The configuration of this new feature is detailed in the article KB15 - How Do I Configure the Process Budget Widget? located in the FAQ section of the beqom Knowledge Base. | 33593 | Web App: Unnecessary Error Message when Deleting Value in Data Grids The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Web Application: when a data grid was assigned with a "Pre Delete" stored procedure, the error message "Missing Object Name" was displayed in addition to the configured error message when users deleted a value. Investigation of the issue revealed that the error message was displayed when the "Track Changes" parameter in the grid properties was not enabled. The issue has been corrected by adjusting the parameter for grid configured with a "Pre Delete" stored procedure. Impact area: Data > Error message display | ||
