Admin Portal: Custom Data Operation Issue An issue was reported when managing custom data operations in the beqom Admin Portal: if a user with the correct permissions granted to his profile attempted to create a formula, he was able to use the indicator fields of the calculated field itself in the formula, which was not supposed to be possible because recursive formulas are not supported. After saving the formula, it caused the application to crash. The issue has been corrected; now the application returns an error message when users attempt to use recursive formula in custom data operations. Impact area: Design > Custom data operation | |
Web App: Column Mapping in Excel Export Enhancement As of this hotfix package, in order to properly import data grids containing different column names than the original grid templates back in the application, column mapping has been enhanced in data grids. Impact area: Back-end | |
Web App: Unable to Configure DocuSign Integration The following issue was reported when attempting to configure the DocuSign integration in beqom: after adding the correct parameters in the DocuSign section in Admin > General > Integrations in the Web Application, admin users were unable to receive consent validation. Indeed, after clicking the link to enable consent for beqom, the status remained unchanged. This issue has been corrected; now the DocuSign consent in beqom is correctly authorized after users accept the conditions on the DocuSign website. Impact area: Admin > DocuSign configuration | |
Web App: Total Summary Row Data Display Issue The following incorrect behavior was reported in the Web Application: when users switched from a process grid configured with the total row summary to a process grid without this feature configured, after they went back to the first grid, the total summary row was displayed empty. The issue has been corrected; now the data in the total summary row are properly displayed after switching between process grid with and without this functionality configured. Impact area: Process > Total summary row data display | |
Admin Profile: Conflict when Switching Profiles The following issue was observed in the beqom Admin Portal: when a user with multiple profiles switched from one profile to another, the application was mixing the grids to display and the user could access elements from the previous profile in view mode. Moreover, sometimes the application was launching a different profile than the one selected. After investigations, it was shown that the issue was related to a conflict with the default profile when users had multiple profiles enabled and switched between them. The issue has been corrected and now users with multiple profiles can properly switch from one profile to another without encountering issues. Impact area: Switching profiles | |
