| BQM-17485 | Web App: Data Sources in Advanced Analytics Data Model Configuration Pane Display Issue When working with Advanced Analytics data model in the Web App, if an admin user created a new model based on a data source, it was observed that the list of available data sources unexpectedly displayed data sources that did not exist in the database. The list was updated after the user refreshed the page. The issue has been corrected and now the list of available data sources for Advanced Analytics data model only display the current available data sources from the database. | BQM-21052 | Web App: Process Budget Widget Trigger Issue When working in a process grid configured with the budget widget, it was reported that after users modified some data in the grid and when refreshed the grid several times, the calculation of the budget widget was unexpectedly false. The issue has been corrected; the budget widget is now correctly calculated after users modify the data in calculated fields link with the budget widget. | BQM-22067 | Web App: Data Loading Issue in Attached Forms The following issue was observed in the beqom Web App: when users opened forms attached to process grids, performances issues were noticed while the form data was loading and forms were taking up to 10 seconds to correctly open. | BQM-22111 | Web App: New "Clone Widget Homepage" Contextual Window In order to improve the user experience when copying an existing widget homepage, upon clicking the Clone button, a new Clone Widget Homepage contextual window is now displayed on the screen to enable admin users entering a new name for the copied widget homepage and prevent any confusion with the original homepage. | BQM-22238 | Web App: Excel Import Contextual Window Display Issue The following incorrect behavior was reported in the Web App: if a user imported an Excel file into the application in the , the import contextual window located at the top-right of the screen appeared 30 seconds to 2 minutes after the file was uploaded. The issue has been corrected and now the import contextual window is immediately displayed after users import an Excel file in the . Impact area: Process > Grid import | ||
| BQM-22556 | Web App: Incorrect Numeric Values Format in Large Table Widget Value The following issue was reported in the beqom Web App: when a widget homepage was configured with a Large Table Widget , all numeric values from the data source were formatted as decimals in the widget which was incorrect. The issue has been fixed; the format of numeric values is in Large Table Widget is now always correct. | BQM-22558 | Back-End: Space Character in Database Table Definition Led to Issues The following issue was noticed in the back-end side of the application: a space character was mistakenly added in a column definition in the k_m_fields table was causing when deploying the application. The issue has been corrected by removing the unnecessary space character in the definition of the k_m_fields table and deployment issues are no longer experienced. | BQM-22628 | Web App: Unsaved Changes Discard Issue after Sorting or Filtering Data Grids The following issue was reported in the Web App: if users applied a sort or a filter in a data grid containing unsaved changes, the unsaved data were lost without any alert message. The issue has been corrected; if unsaved changes are detected after users apply a filter or a sort in a data grid, users are alerted with a contextual window as expected. | BQM-22709 | Web App: Prevent Deletion of Published Homepages without Removing Profile Assignments In the previous version of the application, users with the correct rights granted to their profile were able to delete a published homepage with assignments (SSRS, Advanced Analytics or widget homepage) without receiving any alert that the homepage might be assigned to existing profiles. To correct this behavior, now if users attempt to delete a published homepage, a new red alert message is now displayed at the top of the screen as follows: "This homepage cannot be deleted; it is assigned to at least one profile.". To delete a published homepage, the profile assignment(s) must be previously removed. Impact area: Admin > Homepage with profile assignment deletion | ||
| BQM-22775 | Web App: Misalignment Between Widget Homepage Header in "Home" Component and First Selected Item in Application Navigation Menu The following cosmetic issue was observed in the beqom Web App: when a widget homepage was set as the application homepage, when users navigated to the , the bottom of the homepage header was not aligned with the bottom of the tile in the navigation side bar. The issue has been fixed by adjusting the size of the widget homepage header in the which is now aligned with the tile in the navigation side bar. Impact area: Home > Widget homepage header size | ||
| BQM-22989 | Web App: Visibility Condition Issue in Attached Forms The following issue was reported in the beqom Web App: if a form configured with visibility conditions between several blocks was published and attached to a process grid, if a user entered a value which was not supposed to trigger the display of the field linked with the visibility condition, the form field was unexpectedly displayed. The issue has been corrected; visibility conditions between blocks in forms are now working as expected in forms attached to process grids. | 84581 | Web App: Advanced Analytics Report with Widgets Download Issue The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Web App: if a user with the correct permissions granted to his profile attempted to export the data of an Advanced Analytics containing widgets to a CSV or a Excel file, the downloading process eventually failed. Investigations of the issue revealed that the default timeout of the httpclient was causing the issue. The issue has been corrected and now users can normally download Advanced Analytics reports with widgets to CSV or Excel. Impact area: Analysis > Advanced Analytics report download | ||
| 95937 | Web App: Process Percentage Fields with Decimal Precision Set to 0 Export Issue to Excel The following problem has been noticed in the beqom Web App: when a process grid was configured with percentage fields with a decimal precision set to 0, if the user exported the grid to Excel using the standard export feature, the values in percentage fields in the Excel file were unexpectedly set to 0 (when the value was below 50%) or 1 (when the value was above 50%). The issue has been corrected; percentage fields with a 0 decimal precision in process grids are now correctly exported to Excel. Impact area: Process > Percentage fields export | ||
| 96068 | Web App: Ad Hoc Report with Hidden Columns Export Issue When working in an ad hoc report configured with hidden columns, if a user exported the report to Excel, the values associated with the hidden columns were unexpectedly exported and caused a discrepancy between the actual columns of the report and the columns in the Excel file.
