| 34549 | Web Application: Process Grids with Calculated Fields Import Issue When users exported a process grid containing empty calculated fields to Excel, if they added values to the calculated fields and imported the file back into the application, it occurred that only the field that triggered the calculation was correctly updated and not the related calculated fields. The issue was linked to a problem when exporting grids with empty calculated fields. The issue has been corrected; now if users add values in empty calculated fields in the exported Excel file, the modifications are correctly displayed when importing the file back into the application. | 34625 | Web Application: Cannot Filter Process Grids with Boolean Type Column The following issue was reported when working with process grids in the beqom Web Application: if users attempted to filter a grid with a Boolean-type column, the data were not filtered as expected. The issue occurred because during the filtering process, the boolean value was unexpectedly changed to a string value on the server side. The issue has been corrected; now users can properly filter process grids with a Boolean- type column. Impact area: Process > Filter with Boolean-type column | ||
| 34896 | Web Application: Unexpected Error when Conditional Validation is Respected When a conditional validation formula set with a warning massage was configured on a percentage field in a process grid, it happened that even if the entered percentage respected the condition, an error message was still displayed on the screen. The issue has been corrected; now the warning message is only displayed if the conditional validation is not respected. Impact area: Process > Conditional validation error message display | ||
| 35073 | beqom Cookie Policy Update The beqom Cookie Policy has been updated by the Compliance officer in order to accurately reflect the use of cookies in the beqom application. This new version of the Cookie Policy has been integrated in all interfaces of the beqom application (Web Application, Admin Portal and Mobile Application). In compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this change in the policy implies that each user will have to accept again the Cookie Policy (and the use of cookies in beqom) when they next open the application. | 35267 | Admin Portal/Web Application: Cannot Edit data grids Exported to Excel The following issue was reported in the beqom Web Application and Admin Portal: when users exported a parent/child data grid configured with edit view property to Excel, if they added a new row in the Excel file, they couldn't add data because the received a message informing that the Excel sheet was protected. It was determined that the issue occurred because a property was not properly set when exporting the grid. The issue has been corrected; now exported data grids to Excel with edit view property can be modified. Impact area: Data > Excel file with view property edition | ||

| 35431 | Web Application: Incorrect Pagination when Switching Between Child Grids When working with parent/child data grids to which several child grids were linked, if the user navigated to the second page of the first child grid, it happened that he was redirected to the second page when accessing other child grids. Moreover, in the case that the other grids contained only one page, they were displayed empty. The issue has been corrected; the pagination is no longer saved when navigating between multiple child grids. Impact area: Data > Pagination in child grid | ||
| 35505 | Web Application: Documents Search Bar Display Issue The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Web Application: when user used the search bar in the document tab of the , if the search led to no result the search bar unexpectedly disappeared. It required to close the notifications panel and open it again to make the search bar appear again. The issue has been corrected and now the search bar in the document tab is always displayed even if the search leads to no result. Impact area: Notifications > Document search bar display | ||
| 36002 | Web Application: Items Display Issue in Simulations Navigation Panel The following incorrect behavior was noticed when working with in the in the beqom Web Application: when users closed the navigation panel and manually resized it, the items of the panel were not displayed. The issue has been corrected; now the items are correctly displayed after closing and manually resizing the Simulations navigation panel. | 36267 | Back-End: Cannot Create Real Time Calculation Trigger The Real Time Calculation feature could not be properly configure because the API method used to create triggers on process grid fields was not accessible in the Swagger interface. The issue has been corrected by enabling the display of the missing API method ( GET /api/objects/{uid} ) and now the Real Time Calculation feature can be properly configured. | 36283 | Web Application: Conditional Validation and Save Without Refresh Conflict An incorrect behavior was observed in the beqom Web Application when working in a process grid configured with the Save Without Refresh feature and a field with conditional validation with a warning. If an incorrect value was entered in the configured field and the warning message was triggered, if the user clicked the Save Without Refresh button, the grid was saved and the data were refreshed which was not correct. The issue has been corrected; now the Save Without Refresh feature is working as expected when a conditional validation formula is not respected. Impact area: Process > Save Without Refresh | ||
