| 33855 | Web App: Error When Refreshing Process Grids When users were working in process grids, if they refreshed the grid by changing the displayed hierarchy, clicking the Web browser refresh button or changing the selected payee, the error "An error occurred. Please contact the administrator." was displayed. The issue was due to a conflict with the hierarchy security method used when accessing data in process grids. The issue has been corrected and now the application no longer returns an error when refreshing process grids. Impact area: Process > Process grid refresh | ||
| 33897 | Web App: Misalignment Between Header Cell and Field in Process Grids When working with process grids, it was noticed that headers cells and the fields of the column were not correctly aligned. Investigations revealed that the minimum width for column header and cell was not applied and was causing the issue. The issue has been corrected by applying a minimum width in the grids settings and now the header cells and the fields are properly aligned. Impact area: Process > Header and cell alignment | ||
| 34256 | Web App: Process Grid Data Display Issue The following incorrect behavior was noticed in the beqom : when users opened a process form, and then a process grid right after, the grid data were not loaded with the message "No Payees to Display" displayed. The issue has been corrected; now process grids data are correctly loaded after having previously opened a process form. Impact area: Process > Data display | ||
| 34461 | Cannot Connect to the Application The following issue was reported: users were not able to access their tenant from Passport. Indeed, they received an error when they attempted to connect. Investigation of the issue revealed that the connection issue happened because the user culture was set to NULL in the k_users_parameters table in the database. The issue has been corrected and now users can normally connect to the application. Impact area: Application connection | ||
| 34494 | : Unexpected Error when Opening Documents The following issue was reported in the beqom : when users opened a document via the , the document correctly opened but the error "An error occurred. Please contact the administrator." was displayed. After investigating the issue, it was discovered that a conflict related to permissions was causing the error. The issue has been corrected; the error no longer appears when users open a document. Impact area: Notifications > Document | ||
