| 27725 | Advanced Analytics/Web App: Missing Horizontal Scroll Bar in Reports on Internet Explorer The following issue was noticed when working with Advanced Analytics reports in beqom when using the Internet Explorer Web browser: when opening a report which cannot be entirely displayed on the screen, the horizontal scroll bar used to navigate through the report was missing making it impossible to view all the columns. The issue happened because of the standard behavior of Advanced Analytics reports when using Internet Explorer which was always hiding the horizontal scroll bars in beqom. The issue has been corrected by enabling a special type of scroll bars for Advanced Analytics reports when using Internet Explorer. | 29256 | Web App: Unauthorized Users Can Access the Web Application Interface The following issue was reported in the beqom application: non admin users were able to access the Web Application interface although their profile was not granted with this permission. This issue has been corrected and now unauthorized users are no longer able to access the Web Application. Impact area: Access to Web App | ||
| 29455 | Web App: Cannot See Documents in The following issue was reported in the beqom application: when the users received a document, if they opened the Notifications panel, the document was not visible in the beqom Web Application although it worked correctly in the Admin Portal interface. Analysis of the issue revealed that when the users has no notifications, the documents were not displayed. The issue has been corrected; now users can access the list of documents even without notifications available. Impact area: Notifications > Documents display | ||
| 29533 | Admin Portal: Issue when Navigating in Parent-Child Data Grids The following issue was reported when working in the beqom Admin Portal: after selecting a parent data grid and clicking on a row to display the child grid, if the user selected a different row in the parent grid, the following warning message would be displayed: "Warning: This action may cause losing your unsaved changes. Do you want to continue?". This message was displayed even though there were no pending changes. The issue has been corrected; now the warning message is no longer displayed when no modifications are pending. Impact area: Data > Parent-child grid navigation | ||
| 29791 | Back-end: Individual Planner Services Migration Issue When attempting to execute the migration of the individual planner services on a clean database, the execution failed. After investigation it was determined that the issue happened because of a missing column in the bqm_tree table. | 29798 | Web App: Cannot Access Widget when Using 3G Internet Connection When working with the Google Chrome Web browser it was reported that when using a 3G internet connection and attempting to access a widget via the , the application returned a 404 Error. The issue has been corrected and now widgets in the home page are properly displayed when connected to a 3G internet speed. Impact area: Home > Widget display | ||
| 30024 | Web App/Back-End: Inconsistency Between Process Grids and Database Table When working in a process grid configured with workflow steps and containing editable fields, if a user added a new value in an empty field and submitted the grid to the next step without previously saving it, a success message was returned by the application as expected. However on the back-end side, the value was not added to the targeted table after the execution of the post mass validation Stored Procedure. The issue has been corrected; now values are added to the table database as expected when adding value in the related grid. Impact area: Process > Stored procedure triggering | ||
| 30043 | Web App: Double Discard Message in Child Data Grids When working in child data grids, if users modified a value and then left the grid without saving, the warning message "This action will discard any unsaved changes" was displayed as expected but after clicking OK , a second message appeared. The issue has been corrected; now only one message appear after attempting to leave unsaved child data grids. Impact area: Data > Discard message in child data grids | ||
| 30097 | Web App: Saving Issue in Data Grids In data grids, if a user added a row and left empty a field which couldn't be filled with null value, after clicking Save a message informing that the grid was incorrect was displayed as expected in the first attempt. However, since the Save button was still clickable, after clicking a second time, the new row disappeared and the Discard Changes and Save buttons were still enabled although no modification were pending. The issue has been corrected; now buttons are no longer clickable if no modification are pending. Impact area: Data > Saving row with incorrect value | ||
