| 40225 | : Rule with SQL Format Criteria Migration Issue via Environment Manager The following issue was noticed in the beqom : when users with the correct permissions granted to their profile attempted to migrate from a tenant to another a rule containing a SQL format criteria using the Environment Manager, the migration unexpectedly failed. The issue was related to a SQL syntax error linked to the rule criteria in the source tenant. The issue has been corrected; now users with the correct permissions can properly migrate a rule containing a SQL format criteria via the Environment Manager. | 41272 | Mobile Application: Add Configuration to Hide Payout in Dashboards As of this Hotfix package, the hide_payout parameter, which will be disabled by default, has been introduced to the k_mobile_dashboard table in the beqom Mobile Application database. When the parameter is enabled, the following elements in dashboards will be disabled or hidden: The overall payout in the achievement diagram in personal and team dashboards;; The payout values for any KPIs;; The possibility to estimate payouts;; The possibility to save and compare scenarios. | 41715 | : Cannot Attach Documents to data grids with a Modified Column Name If users modified the name of a data grid column containing an unique identifier via the grid properties in the beqom Admin Portal, it happened that users could not attached any documents to that grid in the beqom because the application returned an error. The issue occurred because of a conflict between the name of the column containing the unique identifier in the database and in the application. The issue has been corrected by renaming the column in the application to match the column name in the database. Impact area: Data > Attach document | ||
| 41938 | : Team Documents Hierarchy Panel Cosmetic Issue in the on Internet Explorer The following cosmetic issue was reported when working with the beqom on Internet Explorer: when users opened the Team Documents tab in the , if they changed the displayed hierarchy or if they searched for a payee via the search bar, the layout of the hierarchy panel was modified for a short amount of time. The issue has been corrected by adjusting the style of the hierarchy panel in the Team Documents tab and now the issue is no longer experienced when working in the beqom with the Internet Explorer Web browser. | 42012 | : Individual Planner and Exchange Rate Group Improvements In addition to several minor bug fixes corrected in the , the following new enhancements have been implemented: The possibility to create a new Comp Tree is now performed via the button New Tree located at the end of the "Select Comp Tree" drop-down in the Comp Round tab; The "FX Rate" drop-down name has been replaced by "Exchange Rate Group" in the Comp Round tab; Users with the correct permission are now able to access the Exchange Rate Groups section of the via the Manage Exchange Rate Groups button located at the end of the "Exchange Rate Group" drop-down; The name of the Exchange Rate Group is now displayed as a column in the CSV file when exported Impact area: CompPlan > Comp Tree creation and Exchange Rate Groups section access via the comp round configuration page | ||
| 42049 | Admin Portal/ : data grids with Date or Datetime Field Format Import Issue The following issue was reported in the beqom Admin Portal and in the : when users exported to Excel a data grid containing a date or a datetime field, if they modified the content of this field in the Excel file and imported the grid back into the application, an import error was returned with the message "String was not recognized as a valid DateTime". After investigation, it was revealed that the issue occurred because the modified value in date or datetime fields were stored in Excel in an incorrect format. The issue has been corrected; now users can properly import into the beqom Admin Portal and the a data grid with a modified date or datetime field. Impact area: Data and Data > Grid import | ||
