| 57996 | beqom Cookie Policy Update The beqom cookie policy has been updated by the Compliance officer in order to accurately reflect the use of cookies in the beqom application. The changes performed with this new cookie policy are the following: Integrate cookie policy v.1.4 in all interfaces (Web App, Admin Portal, Mobile); Translate the new version of the cookie policy in all languages supported by beqom; Remove cookie policy acknowledgement page from Web App; Remove cookie policy acknowledgement popup from Admin Portal; Remove cookie policy acknowledgement page from Mobile App; Display full cookie policy in Mobile (new page) Impact area: beqom cookie policy | ||
| 60523 | Web App: Cannot Open Data Grid Folders on Name Click The following incorrect behavior was reported when in the beqom Web App: if users hovered their mouse cursor over one of the available folder names in a data grid tree, a red circle-backslash icon was unexpectedly displayed which prevented users to open the folders. | 61190 | Web App: Edition Issue in Process Grids After Last Workflow Step Validation The following incorrect behavior was noticed in the beqom : when working in a process grid configured with several workflow steps, if all the steps were validated for a given payee, it was still possible to modify the row for that payee. The issue has been corrected and now after users validate all the workflow steps for a given payee, the row is no longer editable in the grid as expected. | 61877 | Web App: Incorrect Calendar Tool Language Display in French Language When the beqom was configured in French language, the calendar tool accessible in date type columns in data grids was displayed in English instead of French. The issue has been corrected and now the calendar tool is displayed in French when the application is configured in French language as expected. | 62069 | Web App: Value Selection in Editable Fields Incorrect Behavior in Data Grids The following issue was reported in the beqom : when users selected a value in an editable field in a data grid, after they clicked out the field, the application unexpectedly considered the action as a modification because the police of the value was changed to bold, the Save button was enabled and if users attempted to leave the page, the message "This action will discard any unsaved changes." was displayed. The issue has been corrected and now selecting a value in editable fields in data grids is no longer considered as a modification by the application as expected. | 62843 | Web App: Real-Time Calculation on Percentage Fields Incorrect Calculation The following issue was noticed in the beqom Web App: when working in a process grid configured with the real-time calculation feature and a data operation between two fields that triggered a percentage calculation on a third field, if users entered a value in the percentage field, the calculation was incorrect. Investigation of the issue revealed that an incorrect behavior of the application divided the values entered in percentage field by 100 (e.g. if users entered 5, 00,5% was displayed instead of 5,00%). The issue has been corrected and now real-time calculation on percentage fields is working correctly in process grids. Impact area: Process > Real-time calculation on percentage fields | ||

The issue has been corrected; now the correct error message is displayed when users open an organization without any hierarchy security tree assigned. | 63483 | New Release Date Formats Support for Feature Flags in Management Tool In order to be aligned with the previous format update of the Feature Flags enforcement date, the Feature Flags management tool now supports the following release date formats: yyyy/mm/dd, yyyy/m/dd and yyyy/mm/d. The date format mm/yy is no longer supported. This is an note/information message. This modification has no impact on the Feature Flags release dates displayed in the . Impact area: None | ||

| #63598/#63826 Web App: Cannot Set " " Component as Landing Page The following issue was noticed in the beqom Web App: if admin users set up the as the landing page of the application via the beqom Admin Portal, the configuration was not working in the Web App. The issue occurred because the identifiers of both components are different and caused a confusion. The issue has been corrected; now even if both components have a different identifiers, when admin users set up the as the landing page in the Admin Portal, the is correctly configured as the landing page in the Web App. Impact area: Home > Inbox as landing page | |||
