| 22741 | Excel Export Data Security Enforcement In order to enforce the security control on data when exporting files to Excel in beqom, each Excel file exports are from now on secured by using the user id and initiated date time parameters. A new logic linked with the k_service_method_call table has been introduced to prevent users from downloading Excel files after one day. Impact area: Application security | ||
| 29199 | Web App: Cannot Submit Row with Drop-Down List Filter Applied In process grid with a workflow, when users attempted to define a filter on a list field using the "is equal to" operator and submitted the row, the application returned the following error: "An error occurred. Please contact the administrator.". The issue has been corrected; now users can properly submit a row to which a filter on a list field using the "is equal to" operator was applied. | 30030 | Web App: "Disable Standard Security" Parameter Incorrect Behavior for Super Admin Profiles The following issue was noticed in the beqom Web Application: even if the "Disable Standard Security" parameter was enabled in the Admin Portal for a process grid, users with super admin profiles were still able to access hierarchies with standard security. The issue has been corrected and now when the "Disable Standard Security" parameter is enabled, hierarchies with standard security are no longer accessible by users with super admin profiles in the Web Application. | 30042 | Web App: Missing Warning Message for Maximum Limitation Export When a user with the correct permissions granted to his profile attempted to export to Excel a data grid containing more rows than the maximum limitation allowed, no warning message was displayed. The issue has been corrected by adding a confirmation message informing the user that only a limited number of rows (configurable in the application) will be downloaded in the Excel file. | 30364 | Web App: Mobility on Populations Issue The following issue was reported in the beqom Admin Portal: the functionality used to link or unlink payees to the process starting from a specific date, namely Mobility on Populations , did not work as expected. The issue has been corrected; newcomers and leavers can now be properly assigned or dismissed to a process starting from specific dates. Impact area: Process > Mobility on Populations functionality | ||
| 30380 | Web App: Cannot Access Form Assigned to Process Grids The following issue was reported in the beqom Web Application: when a form containing more than 150 elements was assigned to a process grid, it appeared empty when users attempted to open it although it was correctly displayed when opened via the . After investigation it was determined that the issue occurred because of an incorrect character in the form datasource column name ("-") and was also related to the Cross-origin resource sharing policy. The issue has been corrected and now Forms containing more than 150 elements are properly displayed in process grid. Impact area: Process > Form attached to Process Grid | ||
| 30794 | Web App: Hierarchy Search Bar Issue in Process Grids When working in process grid in the beqom Web Application using the Google Chrome Web browser, the hierarchy search bar was not working. Indeed, when users entered a character or word in order to find a specific payee, the application was not returning any result. | 30867 | Web App: Process Form Loading Issue after Submission The following issue was reported in the beqom Web Application: when opening an empty Process Form with a workflow configured, after adding some values and submitting the form, the form was not displayed and the spinning wheel remained on the screen. The issue has been corrected and now Process Forms with a workflow configured are correctly displayed after submission. Impact area: Process > Form with workflow submission | ||
