Deployment date: June 5th, 2024
Fix version: v10 - HF 169.1 - DB 10.0.944
| Type | Issue key | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Jira | ||
| BQM-19213 | Back-End: Remove Advanced Analytics Proxy Code As part of the end-of-support plan for Advanced Analytics on Windows, the code related to the AdvancedToAnalytics proxy has been removed. This change has no direct impact on end-users of the v10 application but aims at maintaining a healthy codebase. | ||
| BQM-20295 | Application Security Improvement In order to prevent any security breaches in the beqom v10 application, the API endpoint /api/SSO/Token which was returning the JWT (Json Web Token) has been removed from the application services. This update aims at significantly reducing the vulnerabilities to a variety of high-severity attacks via this token commonly initiated during user authentication and session management phases. API: Remove /api/SSO/Token API | ||
| BQM-23644 | Web App: Improve Ad Hoc Reports Generation In order to prevent any report display issues and improve the overall performance when working with ad hoc reports, reports are now ran on a read-only database. With this improvement, the efficiency and accessibility of reporting capabilities has been increased allowing users to generate ad hoc reports without any disruption in their workflow. | ||
| BQM-23798 | Web App: New Clone Button in Ad Hoc Report Properties Panel As of this hotfix package, the application now enables users with the correct permissions to their profile to clone Ad hoc reports directly from the properties panel with the implementation of a new Clone button. This enhancement aims at facilitating the duplication of ad hoc reports by preventing users to systematically return to the ad hoc report list and using the clone icon located at the right of a given ad hoc report tile. API: new POST api/Analysis/CloneAdHocReport endpoint | ||
| BQM-24048 | Improve User Session Management In order to allow a smoother experience when users reconnect to the beqom v10 application after long running sessions, the userSession parameter is now always replaced by the newly created ContextId parameter (even if it already existed) in the user session configuration. This improvement aims at preventing any inconsistency between the Contextid and userSession token and thus synchronization issues between the Admin Portal and the Web App interface. | ||
| BQM-24049 | Web App: Cannot Expand/Close Folder in Analysis Component Tree by Clicking Folder Name The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Web App: when working in the , users we.re not able to expand the component tree folder by clicking the name of the folder with their mouse cursor. This behavior was inconsistent with other components of the application using a tree folder. The problem has been solved and now users can click either the folder name as well as the expand/collapse arrow in the tree to open or close a folder. | ||
| BQM-24135 | Web App: Missing Error Message for Empty Fields in Merges Section in Admin The following issue was reported in the beqom Web App: when working in the Merges section of the , if a user saved without filling in all of the required fields, the error message was incorrect and displayed "muuid" instead of the proper message. This issue has been corrected and now the proper error message informing users that a required field has been left empty is displayed as expected (e.g. "Merge File Name" must not be empty."). | ||
| BQM-24157 | Web App: Cannot Execute Rules When working in the of the v10 Web App interface, it was reported that when users attempted to execute a rule, when they first clicked the Execute button the application returned an infinite loading wheel and if they clicked the button a second time, the message “A rule or execution plan is already being executed. Please wait for the end of the current execution before running the rule again.“ was displayed. The issue has been corrected and now users can normally click the Execute button to execute rules. | ||
| BQM-24223 | Admin Portal: Cannot Save Workflow Step and Attached Report Modification in Process Setup In the beqom Admin Portal, users were not able to save any modifications link to workflow step or attached report via the process grid setup panel in the because the application unexpectedly returned an error. The problem has been corrected and now users can normally save workflow step and attached reported settings for a given process in the . | ||
| 84581 | Web App: Advanced Analytics Report with Widgets Download Issue The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Web App: if a user with the correct permissions granted to his profile attempted to export the data of an Advanced Analytics containing widgets to a CSV or a Excel file, the downloading process eventually failed. Investigations of the issue revealed that the default timeout of the httpclient was causing the issue. The issue has been corrected and now users can normally download Advanced Analytics reports with widgets to CSV or Excel. | ||
| 103596 | Web App: Standard Reports Access Issue when Switching Profile The following incorrect behavior was observed in the Web App: when a user with a profile with the correct permissions to access and administrate standard reports, if he opened a report, and then switched to a profile which had no rights to access that report, he was still able to execute actions on the report. Investigation revealed that the problem was due to a permission issue when switching profiles. The issue has been solved and now only authorized standard reports are available when a user switch to another profile. | ||
| 104344 | Web App: Unexpected Access to Creation, Search and Import Options in Advanced Analytics Dashboard Edit Mode The following issue was reported in the Web App: when working in an Advanced Analytics dashboard in edit mode, it was reported that users were able to access the feature panel on the left side of the dashboard which enabled them to create, search and import. The issue has been corrected and now the left option panel in Advanced Analytics dashboard in edit mode is no longer available as expected. | ||
| #105358/#97301 Web App: Sorting Inoperative in Grids with a Group View Applied When working in a process grid to which a group view was applied, if a column of the grid was sorted using an indicator field, the sort was inoperative. The issue has been fixed; now users can normally sort a column using an indicator field in a grid with a group view applied. | |||
| BQM-23261/BQM-24052 Web App: Advanced Analytics Data Model Data Refresh Issue The following problem was observed in the beqom Web App: when working with an Advanced Analytics data model, the Refresh schema feature which is used to refresh the data of the data sources configured for the model was not working as expected. Indeed, the feature refreshed the main database instead of the replica database caused data consistency issues. To correct the issue, a solution has been implemented to utilize read-only database connection specifically for analytics operations and now the refresh operation is correctly executed. In addition, this correction aims at improving the data consistency and performance when working with Advanced Analytics models. | |||
