| 65296 | Web App: Unexpected Error Saving Data Grids with Mandatory Column with Default Value When working in a data grid configured with a column with a SQL default constraint (a column which is automatically filled by a predefined value) in the beqom Web App, if users added a new row to the grid, the default value that was supposed to be added in each field of the column was not added as expected and the application returned the error "At least one mandatory field is empty.". The problem has been solved and now mandatory columns configured with a default value in data grids are correctly filled. Impact area: Data > Default value display in mandatory columns | ||
| 69079 | Web App: Incorrect Behavior when Adding Business Object Values in Rule Criteria The following issue was noticed in the beqom Web App: when working in the Criteria section of a population, if users defined a new criteria by adding an object value to a formula containing several lines, the new object value was systematically added at the top of the formula instead of where the value was inserted. The issue has been corrected and now new object values are inserted in the correct area in the rule criteria section. Impact area: Rules > Business object value addition in Criteria section | ||
| 69196 | Web App: Performance Issue in Process Grids with Large Hierarchies When working in process grids with large hierarchies (around 250 users), performance issues were reported when loading the grid or when saving modifications. The performance issues have been fixed; now process grids with large hierarchies are correctly loading and modifications are saved without any issues. | 69390 | Mobile App: New Dashboard Customizations In order to offer a better user experience, two new dashboard customizations are now available in the beqom Mobile App. It is now possible to disable the KPI achievement indicator in personal dashboards and the payout value in team dashboards. | 69458 | Web App: New Mobile Settings Section in "Admin" Component As of this hotfix package, the section Mobile > Mobile has been added to the in the Web App with the three following parameters: iOS Landing Page: select a component as the landing page for users of the Mobile App on iOS; Android Landing Page: select a component as the landing page for users of the Mobile App on Android; Mobile Payee Form Title: select a default mobile form to display payee information This is an attention message. In order to access the new section described above, an administrator profile must have been previously granted with the "Read" permission for the Mobile Application parameter in the in Admin Portal. | 69904 | Web App: Cannot Save Forms with Several Datasource Assignments The following issue was reported in the beqom Web App: when working in a form to which several datasources were assigned, if users performed some modifications to the form in Edit mode, the modifications couldn't be saved as expected. | 69968 | Web App: Cannot Import Modified Process Grids with a Workflow The following issue was reported in the beqom Web App: when working in a process grid configured with a workflow and in which a filtering was applied to display only one row, if users exported the grid, modified the Excel file and imported the file back into the application, the application returned the error "The given key was not present in the dictionary.". The issue has been corrected and now users can correctly import a process grid after having performed the steps mentioned above. Impact area: Process > Excel import | ||

| 70469 | Web App: Permission Error after Process Grids Import The following issue was reported the beqom Web App: when users exported a process grid, modified any fields in the Excel file and imported the grid back into the application, the unexpected error "Insufficient permissions. Please contact your administrator." was returned by the application. The issue has been solved; now users can normally imported modified process grid in Excel format in the application. Impact area: Process > Excel import | ||
| 70778 | Web App: Process Grid Crash when Hiding Columns in Views The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Web App: when working in a process grid view, if users removed one of the column contained in the view and saved, the process grid screen unexpectedly crashed. It was revealed that a misconfiguration of the grid columns order was causing the issue. The issue has been corrected; now users can normally hide the columns of a process grid view without experiencing issue. In addition, when users remove a column from an existing view, a blue dot indicator is now displayed next to the view name until the modification is saved.
