| 63868 | Admin Portal: Enable "Show aggregated data" Parameter for Calculated Indicator Fields As of this hotfix package, admin users of the Admin Portal can now configure indicator fields with "calculated" source type with the "Show aggregated data" parameter via > Administration > Indicator Fields which enables the configuration of threshold values. | 65961 | Web App: Edition Issue After Process Grids with Workflow Export/Import The following issue was reported in the beqom Web App: when a process grid was configured with a workflow, if users had no permission to modify the grid, they could still export the grid, modify the data in the Excel file and import the grid back into the application. The issue has been corrected and now users without the correct permissions granted to their profiles cannot import modified process grids. Impact area: Process > Grid edition after import/export | ||
| 67499 | Web App: Unsupported Data in Numeric Columns Incorrect Behavior in Data Grids The following issue was reported in the beqom Web App: if a user entered an unsupported type of data in a numeric column in a data grid (e.g. string character), after they clicked Save and closed the error window, a new row was unexpectedly added to the grid. The issue has been corrected by removing the possibility to enter unsupported data types in data grid columns. Impact area: Data > Unsupported data types in numeric columns | ||
| 67595 | Web App: Manager Report Resizing Issue in Process Grids The following incorrect behavior was noticed in the beqom Web App: when opening a manager report in a process grid, if users attempted to adjust the size of the document by dragging and dropping the report frame at the top, the frame of the document was not correctly displayed and the space between the grid and the report was too large. The issue has been corrected; now users can correctly resize manager reports in process grids. Impact area: Process > Manager report resizing | ||
| 67951 | Mobile App: Cumulative KPI Calculation Issue The following issue was noticed in the beqom Mobile App: when working in a dashboard in which a cumulative KPI (calculates the overall payout based on a cumulative logic of objective achievement over a set of periods) was configured, if the configured periods had different target values, the application calculated the average value only based on the achievement values of the configured periods and was not including the target and result values as expected. The problem has been solved and now cumulative KPIs are correctly calculated when the configured periods have different target values. Impact area: Home > Cumulative KPIs calculation | ||
| 68320 | Web App: Value Display Issue in Free Input Fields in Process Grids When working in a process grid containing free input columns, sometimes when users entered a value in one of the field, some of the entered characters were unexpectedly erased. | 68993 | Mobile App: Incorrect Payout Calculation After Dashboard Refresh The following issue was reported in the beqom Mobile App: in a personal dashboard, if users changed the current period and refreshed the application screen, the achievement of the entire year was displayed instead of the achievement of the selected period. The issue has been fixed; now the correct achievement value is displayed when users select a period in personal dashboards. Impact area: Home > Achievement value display | ||
