| 59356 | Admin Portal: Cannot Upload Payee Profile Picture The following issue was reported in the beqom Admin Portal interface: if users with the correct permissions granted to their profile attempted to upload a profile picture for a given payee via > Administration > Payees > <x Payee> > Payee Personal Data , the application returned the error "String was not recognized as a valid DateTime" even if the correct date fields were filled in the payee page. The issue has been corrected and now payee profile pictures can be uploaded as expected in the beqom Admin Portal. Impact area: Organization > Payee profile picture upload | ||
| 64288 | Admin Portal: Bulk Apply Inoperative in Data Grids with Filters When working in the beqom Admin Portal, if users filtered a data grid column, and then attempted to apply a bulk operation on all the data grid pages, the application returned an error. Investigation of the issue revealed that the problem was due to a back-end error when filtering drop-down fields. The issue has been corrected; it is now possible to correctly apply an identical value to several rows in data grids with filters applied using the bulk apply feature. | 65259 | Admin Portal: Cannot Delete User or Remove Profile Assignment The following issue was reported in the beqom Admin Portal: if a user with the correct permissions granted to his profile attempted to delete an existing user or remove a profile assigned to a user, the application returned an error. The issue occurred when a user or user profile had an entry in the database with related data to their user or user profile row (for example if the logged in user attempted to remove a profile assigned to himself). The issue has been corrected; now a user can correctly delete an existing user or remove a profile assigned to a user even if that user has an entry in the database with related data to the user or user's profile he wants to delete. | 65376 | Web App: Incorrect Behavior of Quick Filters on Percentage Columns The following issue was noticed in the beqom Web App interface: when applying a quick filter on a percentage column in a process grid, for example 1 without the "%" character, the application was not sending the correct value format and returned an incorrect filtering result. The issue has been corrected; now Web App filters process grids when quick filters are applied on percentage columns. Impact area: Process > Quick filters | ||
| 66303 | Web App: Export Issue on Drop-Down Lists Containing Values with "+" Character in Process Grids The following issue was reported in beqom Web App: when a process grid was configured with a drop-down list containing values with the "+" character ("3+" for example), if these values were selected for several payees in the grid, and then the grid was exported to Excel, the "+" character was truncated. The issue was corrected; now drop-down list values containing the "+" character in process grids are correctly exported to Excel. Impact area: Process > Excel export | ||
| 66815 | Web App: Permission Conflict for Advanced Analytics Reports The following incorrect behavior was reported in beqom Web App: if a given profile was not granted the "Read" permission for "Edit Reports" in the beqom Admin Portal but was granted the "Manage" permission for "Advanced Analytics Reports", users assigned with that profile were not able to edit or even access Advanced Analytics reports which was incorrect. The permission conflict has been corrected; now if a profile is granted the "Manage" permission for "Advanced Analytics Reports" in the Admin Portal but not the "Read" permission for "Edit Reports", users sharing that profile can correctly edit Advanced Analytics reports as expected.
