| 34604 | : Conditional Editability Formula Issue The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom : when a conditional formula was created with the action_false_allow_editing condition on a process grid field in a grid without a workflow and linked to a column of the grid, it occurred that the fields of the column appeared as editable even if the editability condition was not respected. The issue has been corrected; now the editability condition formula is working as expected when using the action_false_allow_editing condition. | 34881 | : Group Headers Display Issue in Process Grids When a group view was applied on a process grid with aggregated fields, if the user removed the view by selecting "None" in the group panel and then applied the same group view again, only the header of the first group was displayed. The issue has been corrected and now when users apply a group view in process grids, the group headers are correctly displayed. Impact area: "Process" component > Group headers display | ||
| 35177 | : Cannot Delete Notifications When users attempted to delete notifications in the expanded view of the Notifications panel in the , the application returned a blank screen. Investigations revealed that the problem occurred because of an authorization issue. The issue has been corrected and now users are able to delete notifications as expected. | 36544 | : Incorrect Notification Date When users created a notification in the beqom Admin Portal to which the scheduled date was set on a past date and was added to the notification queue, a discrepancy was noticed in the beqom . Indeed the application displayed the creation date instead of the scheduled date. The issue has been corrected; notifications are now displayed with the correct date in the beqom . | 36546 | : Average Sum Calculation and Real Time Calculation Conflict in Process Grids When working with process grids configured with the real time calculation on drop-down fields linked with average sum, when a "null" value was set to the drop-down field linked to the calculation of the average sum, its calculation was incorrect. The issue has been corrected; now the correct average sum is calculated when a "null" value is set to a drop-down field configured with the real time calculation feature. | 36554 | : Column Width Modification Not Saved in Data Grids The following issue was noticed in the beqom : when users modified the default width of two columns in a data grid, if they switched to another grid in the hierarchy and came back to the first grid, only the size of the second column was saved. The issue has been corrected; now when users modified the default width of several columns in data grids, the configuration is correctly saved after leaving the grid. | 37301 | SQL Injection Security Update In order to improve the overall security of beqom and more precisely to prevent malicious code injection through some of the endpoints communicating with the applications, the SQL injection protection middleware used by beqom has been updated. | 37303 | Mobile App: Users Cannot Access the Application The following issue was reported: certain users could not access the mobile app. Investigation of the problem revealed an issue related to user profiles, specifically when users switched profiles in the application. In this case, the application did not receive the information that the user had switched profiles and continued to behave as with the original profile. Another issue was discovered related to the switch session profile logic. Both issues have been corrected; access to the application is now possible as expected. | 37359 | Back-End: Session Still Active After Log Out When users disconnected from the application, it was reported that on the server side the authenticated user session was not properly invalidated. This issue could lead to retrieving already authenticated queries. The issue has been corrected; now the user session is correctly invalidated after users disconnect from the application to insure that the authenticated queries are not accessible. | 37986 | Web Application: Empty Drop-Down Lists when Filtering by ID Payee When users defined the "idPayee" filter on a process grid column containing drop-down lists, it occurred that the drop-down lists appeared empty and a page refresh was required in order to correctly display the items of the lists. The issue has been corrected; now when users filter a drop-down column by "idPayee", the values of the lists are properly displayed. Impact area: "Process" component > Drop-down values display | ||
| 38061 | Web Application: Selected Drop-Down List Item Display Issue The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Web Application: when users selected an item in a drop-down list field in a process grid, sometimes after closing the list, it happened that the selected item was not displayed. The issue has been corrected; now the items selected from a drop-down list in process grids are correctly displayed after the list is collapsed. | 38065 | Web Application: Real-Time Calculation Triggering Issue When working in a process grid configured with the real-time calculation feature, if a value was removed from a field that would normally trigger the feature, the values were not updated as expected. The issue has been corrected; now when a value is removed from field configured with the real-time calculation, the feature is triggered as expected and the values of the grid are updated accordingly. | 38140 | Web Application: Duplication Issue when Using Document Search Bar The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Web Application: when a user searched for a document via the document search bar in the Notifications panel, it happened that the document was duplicated after the searched item was cleared using the "x" button. This action could be repeated endlessly and could lead to unlimited duplicated documents. The issue has been corrected; the documents are no longer duplicated after the searched item is removed by clicking the "x" button. Impact area: "Notifications" component > Document duplication | ||
