| 27784 | Mobile App: Enable Sort Order for Periods As of this Hotfix package, a new configuration has been implemented in order to standardize the periods sort order in the beqom Mobile Application. | 34301 | Admin Portal: Cannot Save Changes in Settings Management When users with the correct permissions granted to their profile attempted to save a modification in ADMIN > Technical Admin > Settings Management, the application was pointing out the WhatFix key field and returned the error "No selected item". The issue has been corrected by removing the WhatFix key field in the beqom Admin Portal since this feature in only available in the beqom . Impact area: Admin > Saving new settings | ||
| 34344 | Web App: Real Time Calculation and Average Calculation Issue The following issue was reported in the beqom : when working with process grids configured with the Real Time Calculation feature and with average aggregation, if users set a "null" value in a row in the average column, it happened that the Real Time Calculation was not working as expected because the average value was not updated accordingly. Indeed, users had to click Save in order to have the correct average value displayed. The issue has been corrected; now the average value is correctly updated when using the Real Time Calculation feature. Impact area: Process > Average calculation | ||
| 34545 | Web App: Items Display Issue in Data Navigation Panel The following incorrect behavior was noticed when working with data grids in the beqom : when users closed the navigation panel and manually resized it, the items of the list were not displayed. | 34660 | Web App: Incorrect Data Calculation After Saving Without Refresh When working with process grids configured with the Save Without Refresh feature, if users modified a value in an aggregated total field and clicked Save Without Refresh , the calculated total sum was correct. However, if they modified the value of another row in the same column and clicked Discard Changes , it happened that the calculated sum was incorrect. Investigation of the issue revealed that it was caused because of a problem with the aggregation calculation mechanism. The issue has been corrected; the total sum is now always properly calculated after using the Save Without Refresh feature in process grids. Impact area: Process > Total sum calculation | ||
| 34983 | Web App: Attached Reports Display Issue The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom : when a user opened one of the report attached to a payee in a process grid (not the first report of the list), if he closed and opened the report again, it occurred that the first report of the list was displayed instead of the expected report. The issue has been corrected and now the correct report is displayed when closing and opening a report other than the first of the list. Impact area: Process > Attached report display | ||

| 35211 | Mobile App: Enable Overall Achievement Information Display A new configuration has been set in the beqom Mobile Application database in order to hide the overall achievement information in personal dashboards. | 35215 | Admin Portal: Enable Landing Page Configuration for Mobile Application In order to be able to define the landing page when connecting to the beqom Mobile Application on iOS or Android, two new fields have been added in ADMIN > Technical Admin > Settings Management > Mobile in the beqom Admin Portal. The configuration of the landing page is done by entering the following values: "dash" to set the personal dashboard in Home component as the landing page; "people" to set the People component as the landing page; "notifications" to set the Notifications tab as the landing page; "documents" to set the Documents tab as the landing page; "settings" to set the User Settings component as the landing page Impact area: Admin > Mobile settings | ||

| 35238 | Back-End: Enable Auditing on Catalog Database In order to allow a better visibility on the modifications performed in the application catalog database, an auditing mechanism has been introduced. | 35522 | Admin Portal: Cannot Upload an Already Approved/Rejected Document The following issue was noticed in the beqom Admin Portal: when users modified a document which has been previously uploaded in the application and rejected or approved, they were not able to upload the document again because the application returned the error "File not uploaded". | 35927 | Admin Portal: Cannot Use Multiple Application Tabs The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom Admin Portal: users were not able to work with the application using several tabs because the error "Network error occurred" was displayed on the first tab after creating an additional one. Investigation of the issue revealed that the issue was due to the HTTPOnly attribute set on all beqom cookies. The issue has been corrected by removing the HTTPOnly attribute to the beqom cookies; users can now properly use the application with several tabs at the same time.
