| 32521 | Web App: Missing Hierarchy Navigation Scroll Bar in Internet Explorer When working with process grids in the beqom using the Internet Explorer Web Browser, when the nodes in the hierarchy tree were expended, the vertical scroll bar was not displayed. The issue has been corrected; the vertical scroll bar is now properly displayed in process grids. Impact area: Process > Hierarchy tree vertical scroll bar display | ||
| 33736 | Web App: Whatfix Third-Party Application Integration As of this Hotfix package, the integration of the Whatfix third-party application has been enabled in the beqom . The integration of this new application is done by inserting the Whatfix key via Admin > General > Integrations . This is an note/information message. | 34541 | Web App: Unexpected Error Message During Process Grid Loading The following incorrect behavior was reported in the beqom : when a process grid was loading, the message "No Payee to Display" was displayed instead of the expected loading wheel. The issue has been corrected; now when process grid data are loading, a loading wheel is displayed as expected. Impact area: Process > Loading wheel display | ||
| 34542 | Web App: View Not Saved in Data Navigation Menu The following incorrect behavior was noticed in the beqom : after users navigated through the data grid list, if they collapsed the navigation panel and expanded it again, the previous view with the correct opened folders was not saved. The issue has been corrected; now the view is always saved after collapsing and expanding the grid navigation panel. Impact area: Data > Grid navigation panel | ||
| 34544 | Web App: Unexpected Mandatory Icon Display in Data Grids The following issue was noticed in the beqom : if users grouped the data according to a column containing mandatory fields, the mandatory field icon was displayed even if the fields were correctly filled. The issue has been corrected and now the mandatory field icon is no longer displayed after using the Group feature and if the fields are correctly filled in data grids. | 34552 | Admin Portal: Cannot Create a New Form When users attempted to create a new form in the beqom Admin Portal, after they added a new container and fields to the form and clicked Save , the following error was returned by the application: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." The issue has been corrected; the error is no longer displayed and forms can now be properly created in the beqom Admin Portal. Impact area: Data > Form creation | ||
| 34605 | Admin Portal: Conditional Validation Formula Issue When a user added a conditional validation formula of a certain length and which ended with several parenthesis on a field in a process, if he accessed the formula after saving, it occurred that the system always dropped the last parenthesis and was causing the formula to fail. The issue has been corrected; conditional validation formulas are now always correctly saved in the application. Impact area: Data > Conditional validation formula | ||
| 34624 | Admin Portal: Cannot Use Profile Scroll Bar in User Details The following issue was observed in the beqom Admin Portal: when users clicked the scroll bar to navigate inside the profile list in the User Details panel, the panel closed unexpectedly. | 34664 | Web App: Conflict Between Custom Views in Process Grids The following issue was observed in the beqom : if users saved the default view of a process grid as a custom view and another view with a different grid configuration, after they navigated to another component and went back to the previous process, it happened that when accessing the views again, the second view displayed the data saved in the first view. Investigations revealed that the issue happened because an incorrect column configuration was fetch when changing views. The issue has been corrected; now custom views in process grids are displayed correctly when switching from one view to another. Impact area: Process > Custom view display | ||

| 34792 | Web App: Profile Picture Format Conflict Between Admin Portal and When a user uploaded a profile picture in .jpg or .jpeg format in the beqom Admin Portal, the picture was not displayed in the beqom because these formats were not supported.
