About data grids in the v10 Application
Data grids in the v10 application contain data that is used by rules and support processes (for instance to define central guidelines, such as salary and bonus splits).
Setup and configuration of data grids is performed in the Admin Portal interface of the beqom application, by the system administrator (for more information, see beqom 10 Admin Portal User Guide).
Grids can contain various types of information and fields with different conditions, operations and mechanisms applied to different columns.
Hyperlinks: the system administrator can define, in data grids, hyperlinks that will redirect you to an external page. Hyperlinks will be displayed in blue in the data grid record and can have any text (for instance, the administrator can define a redirection to www.beqom.com using a text string such as v10). For more information about the hyperlinks defined in your application, consult with your system administrator.
Selective refresh of attached objects: the system administrator can, in data grid, define a selective refresh mechanism applied to the objects attached to the data grid records. This mechanism specifically targets the management of related objects (i.e., triggering the refresh of a related object when the parent object is refreshed). For more information about the selective refresh mechanism in your application, consult with your system administrator.
Viewing a Data Grid
To view a data grid, proceed as follows:
Open the "Data" component by clicking
in the navigation bar.
In the data grid tree, locate the grid that you want to view, either by browsing the tree or performing a search, and then click the item line. The grid is displayed in the center panel, as illustrated in the following figure:

If a child grid is associated to the grid, the child grid is opened in a secondary panel, under the parent grid, upon clicking a row in the parent, as illustrated in the following figure:
