Creating an Advanced Analytics report

In order to design and build Advanced Analytics reports from beqom Web Application, your user (specifically, the profile to which your user had been assigned) must have been granted the following permissions:

• Your profile must have access to the (Undefined variable: CompoVariables_WA.Analysis) of the beqom Web Application

• Your profile must have access to the Edit Reports permission Analysis > Administration > Edit Reports.

• Your profile must have been granted the "Manage" permission under Analysis > Administration > Advanced Analytics Reports.

The data of reports are filtered based on the user/profile permissions, even for users who have been granted the "Designer" role for Advanced Analytics. For full information about permissions and how to grant them, see BQM12 - [[[Undefined variable FAQ_Titles.BQM12]]].

This document assumes that you have already created at least one data source for use with Advanced Analytics. For more information, see Configuring an Advanced Analytics data model.

Report Types

The following report types are available for Advanced Analytics:

• Advanced Analytics reports: reports of this type will be available only in the (Undefined variable: CompoVariables_WA.Analysis), in the "Advanced Analytics" folder

• Home page reports: reports of this type are displayed in the (Undefined variable: CompoVariables_WA.Home) of the beqom application

A single report can be configured to be used in the (Undefined variable: CompoVariables_WA.Home) and in the (Undefined variable: CompoVariables_WA.Analysis). For more information, refer to Creating a Report.

Creating a Report

To create an Advanced Analytics report in the beqom Web Application, proceed as follows:
