Using the pagination tool
In several components of the v10 application, when working in objects containing several pages, the pagination tool offers the possibility to navigate between the pages and customize the number of rows displayed per pages. The following procedures apply for each area of the application where the pagination tool is available (grids, ad hoc reports, documents lists, etc.).
Defining the number of items displayed per page
You can customize the number of items that you want to display per page according to your own preferences. The default number of rows or items per page depends on the configuration of the object.
To configure the number of items per page, proceed as follows:
Open the object in which you want to work.
Click the pagination tool in the toolbar located above the object, as illustrated in the following figure:

In the Elements per Page field, enter the number of items you want to display per page.
Click Save. The setting is applied and the number of pages in the object is immediately adjusted.
Navigating between the pages of an object
If the object in which you are currently working contains several pages, you can easily navigate between the pages using one of two methods:
Use the chevrons,
and
, to navigate to the previous page or the next page, respectively
Jump directly to the page of your choice, as described below
To jump directly to a given page of a grid, ad hoc report or document list, proceed as follows:
Open the object in which you want to work.
Open the pagination tool in the object toolbar.
In the Go to Page field, enter the number of the page to which you want to navigate.
Click "Save" in the lower-right corner of the pagination tool. The tool is closed and you are directed to the corresponding page.
