Working with Attached Forms
Forms can be attached to a process in order for you to provide additional information about a payee (or a payee situation), their performance, their compensation, etc.
Forms are defined by the system administrator and can contain any type of information.
If a form is attached to a process grid, it is displayed when you click a payee row in the grid.
To fill in a form attached to a process grid, proceed as follows:
Open the process in which you want work (see "Process" component Overview).
Click, in the process grid, on the relevant payee record. A panel related to attached objects is opened below the process grid.
If required, select the name of the form in the list of attached objects, located in the upper-left corner of the panel. The form is displayed in the panel, as illustrated in the following figure:

Enter the form information in the relevant fields. Depending on the configuration of the form, some fields might not be visible until you enter information in other fields (visibility condition) or you might required to enter a number of characters or specific information in order to proceed (validation condition).
Click the Save Form button located in the frozen area underneath the form. The information that you have entered is saved.

A warning message is displayed if the application detects any unsaved changes in the form.

Some forms have a simplified workflow attached to them. In this case, you will see additional buttons at the bottom of the form, namely Submit or Revoke (if a form has already been submitted).
Downloading a Form Attached to a Payee Record

You can download to PDF format a form that has been assigned to a process which is very useful if you want to consult it offline or share it to a peer. To download an attached form, proceed as follows:
Open the process in which you want to work (see "Process" component Overview).
Click, in the process grid, on the relevant payee record. A panel related to attached objects is opened below the process grid.
In the list of attached objects, select the form you want to download.
Click the Export Form as PDF button located at the bottom-right of the form. The export window is opened at the top-right of the screen.

The form is downloaded on your device as a PDF file identical to the form displayed in the application interface.
