Document upload specifications & limitations
The beqom application enables you to upload documents into the system using two different methods:
In the Web App interface, via the document upload feature available in process grids and in data grids
In the Admin Portal interface, via the (Undefined variable: CompoVariables_AP.InfoHub), using the "Communication Workbench" page
This article details the specifications for document upload using both of these methods, as well as any limitation associated with the document upload.
Document Attachment from Process Grids/Data Grids (Web App)
The following table details the possibilities offered by the document attachment feature available in process grids and data grids in Web App.

Any type of document can be uploaded: Word, Excel, PDF, PPT, image filed, sound files, etc. In Web App, only download is supported from process grids and data grids, there is no preview. |

| Is there a limit on the number of files that can be uploaded per payee? | No limit |
| Is there a file size limit in a single upload? | No limit |
| Is there a limitation on the number or size per environment? | No limit |

Accepted file types are defined in the (Undefined variable: CompoVariables_AP.Admin), under Technical Admin > Settings Management > Global > Accepted file types This is an attention message. Only PDF documents can be previewed in Admin Portal. |
