Configuring a process to use workflow comments
The workflow comment history feature enables users to view the thread of comments entered by managers when validating (or invalidating) workflow steps in a process grid. This article describes the steps required to configure a process workflow in order to use the workflow comment history tab.
Which Feature Flag Do I Need to Activate to Use this Feature?
To enable the workflow comment history feature in your system, you must enable the following Feature Flag:

Configuring the Process
In order to see the "Workflow Comments" tab in the attached object panel in Web App, you must configure the process accordingly.
Adding the "Workflow Comments" Tab to the Process
Open the Admin Portal interface of the beqom application, and then open the (Undefined variable: CompoVariables_AP.Design) component.
In the Process menu, select the process that you want to configure. The process is opened in the center panel.
Open the "Setup" tab in the process configuration panel, and then click Attached Objects in the process setup.
Click the "Payee Tabs" sub-tab and then, under "Tab Selection", select the "Validation Comments" item, as illustrated in the following figure:

Click the save icon, located in the lower-left corner of the panel. The configuration of the process is saved.
Granting Profiles Access to the "Workflow Comments" Tab
Once you have added the "Workflow Comments" tab to the process attached objects as described in the above procedure, you must grant selected profiles access to the tab.
To do so, proceed as follows:
Open the "Visibility" sub-tab. The grid containing all available payee tabs is displayed.
Click boxes in the "Validation Comments" column in order to grant the corresponding profiles access to the tab in the Web Application interface, as illustrated in the following figure:

Click the save icon, in the lower-left corner of the panel. The process is properly configured.
