About the Inbox component
The Inbox component of v10 Web App enables to view and manage, from a central location all your notifications, your documents, as well as, depending on your role and permissions, the documents of the payees belonging to your team.
Overview
The "Notifications" view of the Inbox component contains all the notifications that you receive within the beqom application.
When there are new notifications for you in the Inbox component, a red bullet is displayed on the component icon in the application navigation bar and on the Notifications label located at the top of the Inbox component page. In the list of notifications, the tiles corresponding to new notifications are displayed in blue.
The following figure illustrates the identification of new documents within the component:

Documents are placed at your disposal by the system administrator. A validity period is linked to them; therefore, they will automatically disappear from the panel once validity end date has been reached. Depending on the configuration of the document, an action (approval or rejection) may or may not be required from you in the Inbox component. If no action is required, then you will only be able to download the document.
When there are new documents for you in the Inbox component, a red bullet is displayed on the component icon in the application navigation bar and on the My Documents label located at the top of the Inbox component page. In the list of documents, the tiles corresponding to new documents are displayed in blue.
The "Team Documents" view of the Inbox component enables managers to access hierarchies and view the documents available for the members of their team(s). They can then download these documents and hand-deliver them to their collaborators.
Documents marked as new in this view do not trigger the display of a red bullet in the component icon of the navigation bar or in the "Team Documents" label at the top of the component page. However, new documents are still displayed in blue in the document lists.
The component is accessible by clicking the icon in the application navigation bar.

Understanding document statuses
In the My Documents and the Team Documents view of the Inbox component, you will notice that documents can have different statuses. These statuses are displayed at the right of the tile corresponding to each document and they are linked to the action(s) you may or may not be able to perform on a given document.
Document statuses
Available document statuses are the following:
| Document Type | Document Status |
|---|---|
| My documents | No status: duration for which the document has been available is displayed at the right of the document tile. This means that no action is possible for this document. In this case, the only possible interaction with the document from the application is to download it. |
|
Action required: you need to perform an action on the document (accept or reject). Depending on the configuration of the document, either one of the options or both of them might be available | |
Accepted: the document has been accepted | |
Rejected: the document has been rejected | |
| Team documents | No status: only the duration for which the document has been available is displayed at the right of the document tile. This means that no action is possible for this document. In this case, the only possible interaction with the document from the application is to download it. |
