About the v10 application

The v10 Total Compensation Management Solution is a software program dedicated to the unified management of all compensation processes.

Using the solution, you can manage, on a single platform, all business processes related to compensation, such as, but not limited to:

• Short-term performance-based incentives (commissions or bonus management)

• Long-term performance-based incentives (shares, stock options, or long-term cash incentives)

• Salary review and other types of benefit and recognition programs
