Managing third-party integrations
The v10 is designed to accept close integration with a number of third-party applications, such as WalkMe (a step-by-step tutorial tool) or DocuSign (a document electronic signature provider).
Integration with third-party applications is managed in the Admin component, under the "Integrations" section in v10 Web App.
The following table lists all the options available under Admin > General > Integrations:

| Toggle Adoption | Insert in this field the WalkMe key. WalkMe is a software that enables you to build custom tutorials inside the application. To use the WalkMe application with beqom, you must enter the Java code created by the WalkMe editor into this field. | |
| Digital Adoption Product | Enables you to select the DAP that you want to use in the beqom application. Three options are available:

| SSRS Filters in Reports | Enable or disable to beachhead the SSRS report controls. For security reasons, beqom recommends that you set this option to Hide and use the report controls built into the application. | |

| DocuSign | ||
| DocuSign Developer Account | Set this option to On if the account you are using for the DocuSign integration is a demo account. If you are using a payed account, set the option to Off. | |
| User ID | This information is used for OAuthentication with DocuSign. You can obtain this ID directly from the DocuSign interface, under Admin > Integrations > API and Keys. | |
| API Account ID | This information is used for the communication between beqom and DocuSign. You can obtain this ID directly from the DocuSign interface, under Admin > Integrations > API and Keys. | |
| Integration Key | You can obtain this key directly from the DocuSign interface, under Admin > Integrations > API and Keys. | |

| Consent Redirect URL | The consent link is activated once the other parameters (user ID, account ID, integration key and RSA key) have been filled in. Upon clicking the URL, a new browser window opens where you can give consent for the use of DocuSign. | |
